Hi, I was vegan for 3 year several years ago, I felt and looked Great. Well because of social pressure I went back to adding cheese and things in my diet. Now the medical problems that I had corrected being on the vegan diet had gotten worse and now I will be going back to Vegan diet to avoid Medication that I think is very bad to take (Steroids for asthma). Looking for recipes that are good tasting and not to hard to prepare. I also cannot have ingrediants with preservitives (like sulfates). If you have suggestions for Healthy packaged Vegan food--please share the names of these products for that I can search for them. I have several Healthfood stores in my area so it shouldn't be a problem finds things. Please help me make the transition to Vegan diet an easy one. Thanks so much!
