Transportation Question - kingdom to kingdom

And to note - there is even bus service from the Studios to Epcot. Yes, there is the boat and the walkway but one day, my husband and I were tired and hot and wanted the boat but the line was very long (way too long for us to get on the next boat) so we decided to walk it. We went over to the start of the walkway and there was a bus stop right there labeled Epcot and a bus waiting for us. Total relief! We since discovered that bus stop is there always. Disney isn't stupid. If people want to go from the Studios to Epcot and the boat is too full and the people decide to walk and they are tired, they can just get on a bus.

Yup. There has always been bus service between DHS and Epcot.
(The bus stop location at both parks has been known to move.)
Just look at the list for the stops at all parks to locate the bus.

From my list in post #9 above:

DHS> MK= Direct Bus
DHS> AK= Direct Bus
DHS> Epcot= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)

Epcot > MK= Monorail to TTC, Switch to 2nd Monorail to MK
Epcot > AK= Direct Bus
Epcot> DHS= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)

The AK - MK/Epcot bus used to go to the TTC, which was a pain, but they changed it a few years ago.
