Here's my Timeshare Store Timeline:
Offer made and accepted 11/13
Revised contract signed and submitted (due to error on contract number): 11/16
Passed ROFR: 11/23

We made it through ROFR much quicker than I expected. Now off to estoppel!

After rereading my email, I think maybe I am through estoppel as well. It said my next step is the closing documents from the title company.

Disney has up to 30 days to decide. Lately it seems like the longer it goes more likely to be taken back
