I ordered a Dole Whip Float and I ended up with the biggest float I have ever seen. It was massive! I wonder if it's because of my birthday button!

Holy cow. That's amazing! Side story: reminds me of when I was a freshman in college and worked part-time in the cafeteria. One of the stations was soft-serve ice cream, so I'd work there some days. Well, nobody ever taught me what we were supposed to do, so I just made ice cream cones how I would like them - big.

I didn't realize that others must not have been doing the same until I started noticing students would come in, see me working there, and THEN decide they wanted ice cream.

It was fun seeing how tall you could get it.
The next free available stall in the women's bathroom was a handicapped one that had it's own sink and everything. There was no one behind me on line so I just went in. When I was finished changing and doing my business I washed my hands in the sink in the stall, left and walked out of the bathroom. Some lady right behind me said something nasty along the lines of "I can't believe she didn't wash her hands after going to the bathroom" (meaning me).

What a strange encounter. I have used those types of stalls before too and have wondered if others thought I was skipping the sink. I've usually been with Izzy, though, so I'll "chat" with her about how nice it is to have our own sink in the stall, as we make our way out.
Paint the Night Parade dinner package at Blue Bayou. I've always wanted to eat there anyways but I know the menu for PTN is limited. It's also pretty pricey at 62 bucks without tax and tip.

I will have to think about this.
We did this and were very happy we did. Same reasons as you - wanted to eat there anyway and figured we could use an edge up on parade viewing, as I'd heard the crowds get crazy there. The meal was good - menu was decent and we enjoyed it. But very expensive, I agree! Not something I'd do every time. We could definitely order less from the non-package menu and save money if we only cared about dining there and not the parade. We were the last people to get a curbside spot in the viewing area and we showed up early. So, make sure you still get there before they tell you to. Great spots, though. Very happy with that (though I hear they've moved the location, but it's still good?)
World of Color dessert party - I like that this has seats! I want to be comfy for the first time we see WoC!
Wow, is this new? I don't remember this being an option. Sounds good to me.
Minnie's Breakfast at Plaza Inn - a Character breakfast at the Plaza Inn in DL
We did this as a brunch (late breakfast seating), as I'd heard it was good to get the rides in during those early hours, then take the time to eat. Worked out well. Tons of character visits and good food as well.
Storyteller's Cafe character breakfast - this is one of the restaurants in our hotel Grand Californian. I heard you can meet pretty unique characters here.
We had Chip and Dale (very fun that day!), Meeko, and Kenai bear. We had an early morning ADR, so the place was pretty empty at first and the characters were rather bored and had a lot of fun with us. Also, keep your receipt if you want to use the GC entrance to DCA - well, I guess you are staying at the GC, so probably doesn't matter. But FYI for anyone else, I guess (we had to go back and get our receipt, as we didn't keep it).
Ariel's Princess Breakfast - I think this will be a fun "akershus" type meal and my sister can wear her most princess-y outfits. I also have an Ariel dress that I have been wanting to wear for a while.
We did the Ariel's Grotto lunch and I'd say it was my favorite meal. Seated on the deck over the water. Great food, service, and character interaction. I'd do this again.
Cafe New Orleans (although too much like Blue Bayou?)
Depends what you order. We got our Monte Cristos here and got other items at Blue Bayou, so fairly different.
The problem I have now is that park hours have not yet been released for our dates. Isn't that annoying?

I know how you feel. I do think it is true, though, that DLR is much more flexible and you can do a lot more plan changes before/during your trip w/o issue vs. WDW.
