The Food Was Not Undelicious: May 25-June 1, 2007!! Completed - Post #794

Wooo hoooo, another Brenda trippie!!! :yay: :cool1:

Loving it already!

I totally hear you about "going back to a WDW dining establishment after having had a great experience there"! Every time we go back, we have this experience. We find a great place, couldn't be any more perfect and then the next trip, it totally bites! :headache:

I am so worried about our October trip because we have TWO of these, one is lunch at Le Cellier and the other is breakfast at RFC at AK. Crossing my fingers that they are not horrible upon our return!

Can't wait for the rest of the food porn!!! :cool1:

DD, a big simpsons fan shrieked "Marge sold the Murder House" when she read this and cracked up :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

She is a huge fan of your reports.

"I'm a torso!"

that beer looks a little too dark for a Harps (usually a lighter beer).... looks like it might be more like a Kronenbourg 1664....

Okay, it's Saturday night....

4 year old is finely, mercifully asleep

DH is out of town, playing D&D with buddies that he has played with for over 15 years...

I get on the computer and look at porn.... food porn that is! My eyes never got off the sundae. Had to laugh when you talked about the overbite and the cleavage as I NEVER SAW PAST THE SUNDAE!!!

Why do I gain 2 pounds everytime I read your reviews?

Waiting to gain more.... Keep up the good porn! You are my fav disney porn queen! (and the only one that I know of, other than the frames that they put in to the movie that Walt caught!)

June

L or F I would have thought it was the ladies too :rotfl2: I can't believe you don't have vinegar and tomato sauce (ketchup) with your chips :faint: Love the reviews I'm now wanting to add RR to my ADR's :goodvibes

Brenda!!

Those sundaes look scrumptious!:thumbsup2 I have to admit, I too scrolled back up after the overbite and cleavage comments.:rotfl:

I'm so glad your second trip to Raglan Road didn't disappoint. We had the experience with the DWDJx, so I know what you're talking about. I still haven't booked any dining for October except the Hoop De Doo, and Raglan Road is on the short list for sure.

Glad you're back and feeling better!:goodvibes

Great Reviews so far I can't wait to read more. We are coming down in Sept. so now I am even more excited than ever and can I say starving????:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Great Googly Moogly, Batman! This thread is out of control! :rotfl2:

You guys are wonderful - thank you so much for all of your responses and encouragement. :grouphug:

Ooh! I'm so excited! The girl who turned me on to Disney Dining is back. Your list of restaurants sounds great. I'm almost embarrassed to tell you where we are eating on our upcoming trip. (It's a trip full of kid friendly dining. I'll save the story of why for my report though, since I don't want to hi-jack what promises to be lots of food porn fun!)

Congrats on your anniversary! It'll be 9 years for us this July.

Wow - thanks for the lovely compliment! And no embarrassment allowed! It's a lot easier for Jay and me to go to some of these places since we don't have kids. And really, other than at some of the more upscale establishments, I don't mind the kids as long as they're behaving. I'm more concerned with bad food!

Thanks for the anniversary wishes and right back at ya! And be sure to let me know when you start your report so that I can pop in and take a read.

Oh Mah Gawd. A food review from my buddy Brenda - I am in heaven and living vicariously!

Awww, thanks Cass; it's nice to see you! Life treating you OK up there in Canada?

Brenda, I'm so glad I found your dining report at the very beginning.

The sundaes look so good. I wanted to try one in Jan. but my sister and her husband didn't want to wait in line. I think that I was the only one who was willing to wait in line for a desert so I was overruled. It is on my to do list when we go in Sept. I will be there the day we arrive coupon in hand (thanks Brenda); I will accept no excuses.

I can't wait to hear all about the rest of your meals, especially Victoria and Alberts. (you are going to busy with 3 reports going at once)

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Melissa! I have to admit with Ghiradelli that in years past Jason and I never wanted to wait in line either. We really think the trick is to go during the afternoon; it will still be busy (we had to pounce on a table when it opened up) but I think we only waited about 15 minutes total to order / find a table / get served.

On past visits we always tried to go at night and the line was always stretched out the door and it was just insane - neither of us wanted to wait that long so we always skipped it.

Accept no refusals - I like your style. :thumbsup2

And thanks for reading...you're right - 3 reports at once...I'm nuts. You'll know I'm a glutton for punishment if I start something for our October trip...

I'm coming along for this ride! Can't wait for more.

Glad to have you here - thanks for reading!

So glad you are feeling better. Love the food porn.

Thank you - I am feeling tons better. And thanks for reading...the food porn will keep building through the trip until the last day where we experienced a bit of a drop-off I'm sorry to say.

I can't believe that I've only just realised that you've started your dining report, and its already at page 3! I'm such a slacker - better get on board now and try to keep up with all three of your reports. Enjoying it so far, and looking forward to hearing about the Chef's Table at V&A. :surfweb:

Hello there, my Scottish friend! It's always good to hear from you! Thanks for reading and don't worry... the Chef's Table will provide some awesome food porn.

Your first review back was not unhilarious! Next time you are going to showcase your dessert cleaves I suggest arranging yourself behind 2 whip cream covered sundaes. Take it from one who knows -very effective.

:rotfl2: Glad you liked the first mini-review and thanks for the advice. I may try it here at home first to measure the effect!

Am also glad you are feeling better enough to post (do you ever feel like a slave to your fans?). Coincidentally, my sister was also in WDW this past week. You probably saw her - she looks like me!? I was however a tiny bit more excited to have you back though. She does not DIS and took not a single photo of a single meal?! LAME!

Thanks for the kind thoughts - I am feeling better now. Ummmm...I do feel performance pressure - I worry that I'm going to lose my funny bone and start boring people. I mean, I crack myself up all the time...but that's me - I think just about everything in life is funny if you look at it the right way, but I'm never sure how it translates when I try to write it. :confused3 So far I've been lucky on the DIS that people seem to enjoy our reviews / stories and that really inspires me to keep going.

Thank you all for allowing the inner dork to shine through!! :rotfl2:

As for your sister...I hope she had a nice trip but no food pictures??? How sad. You must help her see the light... :lmao:

Great start, Brenda! Let the Food Porn begin! :cool1: Looking forward to the rest.

Dunno if you saw it on the Shrubbery thread, but I made the sticky toffee pudding a couple weeks ago. It was great! Thanks for the recipe!

Hi there! Happy to see you've joined in the fun -thanks for reading!

And you totally rock! I was waiting for someone to come back and tell me whether or not they'd tried that recipe. It is good, isn't it? I'm glad you liked it.

If Grimace had been there with you she would have just asked for a bowl of the caramel sauce. :lmao:

We leave on Friday!!!!

Next week at this time we should be rolling back to the BWV after Le Cellier!!!

How exciting! I hope you have a great trip. Be sure to post some pictures and reviews if you have time (I know you've had your hands full lately). One of these days Jay and I are just going to have to try Le Cellier.

And I was going to guess that this was the comment that was a blatant lie (remember our cruise???...Very windy...)until I read forward and found out it was the hair! Sorry, I cheated. And we all know that cheaters never win.

Nancy-pants! Thanks for dropping by. It's OK if you cheated...it's not like I had some terrific prize offering - sorry everyone.

And you know what...I didn't like the wind on the cruise either, but you expect it a little more when you're ten stories up on a ship in the middle of the ocean. That's why I never really commented much on it.

Since I'm not much of an icecream fan, do you think Ghiradelli would just give me a bowl of thick, rich whipped cream, paired with all that hot fudge, covering the entire brownie? I have to watch those WW points too and the icecream might put me over for the day.

Hey, it couldn't hurt to ask. But be sure to take a picture of the person behind the counter as you order a sundae and ask them to hold the ice cream! :lmao:

And far be it from me not to mention the "Once again strategically placed button"? I don't know B, you and those buttons.

Thanks for the Saturday afternoon entertainment Brenda. Looking forward to more.

I didn't think about the button and the "bewb" factor...thanks for reminding me! :rotfl2:

Thanks again for reading Nancy - should we start talking about a book tour?

WHERE are the photos of the hot dogs, young lady? How can I ever imagine what they looked like without photographic evidence?

Until further notice, I will believe that this was your first meal at WDW:

hot_dog-798825.jpg

BRENDA EATS PUPPIES.

Crystal, you just made me spew on my own thread. :lmao: Jay and I both cracked up when we saw that picture!

We were struggling so much just to eat the hotdogs that it never crossed our minds to try to take a picture. Although now that I think about it, a picture of a juicy hot dog taking flight and soaring through the crowds at DTD might have been pretty chuckalicious.

And it's okay- I totally flash ****s at the prospect of ice cream, too.

Can't wait to hear about V&A! And Jiko! And when you finally DO make it to Earl of Sammich! And Chefs de France! And...well, you get the point.

You've just come up with the all-time best tag: Will Flash For Ice Cream

Is there a moderator or a tag fairy reading? There appears to be a large group of readers who are willing to bare all for ice cream desserts. I think someone here deserves a tag. :goodvibes

Thanks again for reading Crystal - I hope you enjoy the rest of the show!

:lmao: I'll join the club....Will Flash for Sundaes! :lmao:

Ahem...please see above repsonse in regard to Tag-Worthy quotes! ;)

Yeah, Brenda's back. You are hilarious. I love your reports!!! and pics!!!:thumbsup2 I hope Plankton will be making an appearance in your trip report.:lmao: Glad your back.

Thanks so much for reading - I'm glad you're enjoying everything so far. Yes, Plankton will be making an appearance...look for him soon!

So here you are! Just started yesterday and three pages in... wow! I was beginning to wonder about you. Glad to see you're feeling better! Can't wait to read more.

Thanks for stopping by, andiepie! I had to type that...it rhymed! :lmao:

I am feeling better, thank you, and I was a bit "wowed" myself when I saw the response so early on in the review. I'm all warm and fuzzy...really, I am. :goodvibes

Yeah!!!!! I was so excited to see this thread in the dining reviews. I LOVED your last review. Really looking forward to this one. Bonus points for you - DH was looking over my shoulder as I read your ice cream review and now wants to go there. Thank you mucho! I've been trying to get him there for two years. Hot fudge and brownie - here I come.

Thank you so much for reading - I'm glad to have you here! And congrats on the SGC (Spousal Ghiradelli Conversion)!!

I'm here to help, really. ;) And that brownie sundae was so good...I wish I was eating it right now.

Sign me up too! Altho people would pay me not to flash, so maybe my sticker better read..............I won't flash you if you give me a Sundae!

Great start Brenda! I'm now going to the store to get some ice cream!

Hey there Winkers, thanks for stopping by! You've just come up with the second-best all time tag-worthy line ever! :lmao: Seriously, can we please get a tag fairy over here to sprinkle some pixie dust on some of these readers? They're tossing out tag-lines like crazy!

So, what kind of ice cream did you end up with?

Just found this Brenda and got all caught up. Firstly, Ghirardellis sundae - I would have gone for the same as you had I not tried the mint sundae in Feb - out of this world!!!

Raglan Road - I have loved our meal here both times and hoping that the third time will be just as good in a couple of months.

Regarding the mens room incident, if you've read my February Fun & frolics trip report, you will know I did the exact same thing at Gatwick airport in London - I didn't even have the excuse of not reading the signage correctly - there was a fairly clear male silhouette on the door :guilty:

Keep the reports coming - I am hoping you can drag it out just nicely until it's time for me to leave for my trip - 10 weeks tomorrow, is that OK?

Great Googly Moogly, Batman! This thread is out of control - Part II!!! :rotfl2:

As previously stated - you guys are all wonderful! Thanks so much for reading and posting!

Triple cheer for this review! DH and I are pawning off the kids on good friends and are planning to get silly drunk here! I am so glad your report was favorable. I called DH earlier and told him I waiting for a review from Brenda. He asked who the &%@* is Brenda? I told him the girl who hates wind and will show her girls for ice cream! I think he loves you! :upsidedow

:rotfl2: You kill me! I'm glad you like the Raglan Road review - I hope you enjoy your evening there and I will be waiting eagerly to read your review of it!

The beer sampler looks great and I am SO trying that Sangria; I lurve Sangria! The lamb looks so good too. I really like lamb!

Their Sangria is the best variation that I've ever tried. I think you'll really like it - it's very refreshing and served with a straw so that you can drink it fast and order another one before the alcohol smacks you upside the head.

We liked this beer sampler a little more than the one we tried on our last visit, but they're both a great way to try something new without committing to an entire pint.

Heads up on the lamb - it's not on the standard menu. It was a special they were offering for the evening. Hopefully you'll get the same option when you're there if you like lamb that much.

Ok, So you couldn't PM me nad let me know you had started!! I had to be poster 47!!!! Yeah, I see what kind of friend you are!! ;) Glad to see you have started.

Oh, now I'm sad....I wasn't trying to leave you out of the fun. I posted a general message on the Shrubbery in the hopes that everyone would see it and those brave souls who wanted to cross over could come take a look at the food love.

I'm glad you're here 'cause it wouldn't be the same without you...am I forgiven? :flower3:

Beware of those people over at shrubbery central. They are animals!!

:rotfl2: Thanks for the warning...I guess I'd better get an update over there soon, huh?

Ragland Road looks so good. I have a feeling that I may be rearranging some of my ADRs for Sept.

That desert sampler looks delicious.

Twice now we've had great meals at Raglan Road so I don't feel as hesitant to recommend it to others. I hope if you do try it that you have as good a time as we did. And save room for the sampler...it was terrific!

And I thought that I was the only one who ever walked into the mens bathroom. At least you realized it before you actually used the bathroom.

It seems that not only are there a number of us who will Flash For Dessert, but many of us end up in the men's room by mistake, too. We all have so much in common!

If I'd been drinking too much I might have just gone ahead and walked into a stall and done the deed without ever realizing where I was. Now that's shocking!

DD, a big simpsons fan shrieked "Marge sold the Murder House" when she read this and cracked up :lmao:

Too funny! We love that episode...

Marge: "That house is on fire!"

Lionel Hutz: "Motivated seller!!"

She is a huge fan of your reports.

Well then, thanks to both of you for reading! I'm glad you're having fun!

Brenda, I would love to see the whisky flights if you don't mind. We are taking my parents to RR on our November trip and I think this is the restaurant I think my Dad will like the most. He is more of a whisky type of guy than beer and I want to be able to tell him sort of what to expect.

Just found your trip report/dining review ... can't wait for more! :thumbsup2

Thanks for reading - there will be a lot more to come.

I haven't been drinking tonite but I did translate it quite well! I guess I'm well versed in drunken mumble!

I tried to make it phonetic and funny, so as long as people are familiar with universal "mumble" it should have been easy to translate!

DSC01993.jpg
Tho I am not a beer drinker my DH will love this!

It's still a pretty cool bar set-up so I'm sure you'll enjoy the setting and the atmosphere while the DH enjoys the beer! May I suggest you try a Sangria?

Okay...about the bathrooms...even with the "F" in Gaelic, I would have probably mistaken that for "Female". Were they labeled better than that? I may end up in the wrong one! That would be me!

You know, I don't really remember too much more about the signage on the restroom doors. Just remember that as you hit the hallway where the restrooms are, the ladies room is the first door. Then you'll be fine!

Up here in Cheesehead Country anytime a female walks into a men's room, we are cheered and invited wholeheartedly to "help out" where needed. :thumbsup2

Great update Brenda!

Bwahahahaahaaaa!!! Too funny! Maybe I'll give it a try next time we're in Milwaukee just to see what happens!

Thanks for reading, Nancy.

Raglan Road is one of the restuarants Dh and want to try on our next trip and now that our terrorist are evil teenagers we can leave them for an evening and actually have a drink with dinner.

P.S. remind me to tell you of the time I walk into the men's room during a company christmas party and utter the immortal words to my boss. "Pete what are you doing in the girls bathroom?"

looking forward to Boma's report

Well, as I've said before, I hope you enjoy RR if you do try it, and please let me know what you think once you do!

Feel free to share that bathroom story whenever you'd like...sounds entertaining! And I hope you're not disappointed, but I don't have a Boma review... I do however, have a Jiko review!

Thanks for reading!

too funny about your bathroom mishap! but what i'm wondering is.....why in the world did you break the seal so early when planning a night of drinking???? :lmao:

by the way, what is that little yellow baggie thing on the plate with your fish and chips?

Hi Dawn! Let's just call it a strategic break, and leave it at that.

The little yellow baggie is lemon, half of one actually. For those people who like lemon juice on their fish they can squeeze out fresh juice and the mesh bag is so tightly woven that it prevents seeds and pulp from getting on the food and the hand of the person doing the squeezing.

YIPPEE!!! Brenda has started her dining review!!

Am looking forward to all of your reviews, Brenda - especially the Chef's Table! Did you manage to find any formal wear for Plankton?

Hi there young lady! Thanks for popping in - is work easing up on you at all?

As for Plankton and the CT...we were unable to fit him out appropriately and they wouldn't allow him in without a jacket and tie. The result being that Plankton is really cheesed off and is plotting some payback come October. Much of this will be detailed in the formal trip report, so please stay tuned for more madness!

I was wondering the same thing!

Please see my repsonse to Punkin's post...

I think it's lemon...

Ding, ding ding!!! You are correct - thank you!

Brenda, I actually can eat sundaes (so I'll definitely go to Ghirardelli's on our next trip...whenever that is), just no nuts. Me+nuts=bad. And now it seems I'll have to drag the parental units to Raglan Road (dad is of Irish descent and mom loves Irish pubs). By the time we go in the indeterminate future, I'll be over 21 and can enjoy some of that Celtic Sangria.

Thanks so much again...can't wait for Chefs de France and Jiko.

Kiki

Good for you, Kiki! You deserve a sundae or two. And the Sangria at RR is great - I hope you enjoy it if you get a chance to try it.

Thanks again for reading!

Got it immediately. I have had a little wine this evening, maybe that helped? ;)

OK, here's what freaked us out about the bar - the area behind the bottles is mirrored, but there are blank areas that look through to the bar on the other side. DH kept trying to figure out why he didn't look like he remembered, and I, in a slightly tipsy state, tried to "mirror" him when I went to the ladies' room. Mind you, I DID go to the ladies' room!

Thanks for the great review, Brenda!

So does this mean you had a good "date" when you went to Raglan Road? I hope so. And you make an excellent point about the bar that I totally forgot. Beware those of you who drink too much while waiting at the bar...it can be a little visually confusing!

Thanks for reading!

Wooo hoooo, another Brenda trippie!!! :cool1:

Loving it already!

I totally hear you about "going back to a WDW dining establishment after having had a great experience there"! Every time we go back, we have this experience. We find a great place, couldn't be any more perfect and then the next trip, it totally bites! :headache:

I am so worried about our October trip because we have TWO of these, one is lunch at Le Cellier and the other is breakfast at RFC at AK. Crossing my fingers that they are not horrible upon our return!

Can't wait for the rest of the food porn!!!

Thanks for stopping by to read, Cass! I'm glad you're enjoying it so far.

I thought we were the only ones who experienced the dining jinx - it sucks, doesn't it? And it really sucks when you've gone out on a limb and talked it up to other people and then you all get to experience the disappointment together. Ugh....

I think you guys won't have anything to worry about come October, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for you just in case. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts about RFC... we were going to try them for breakfast one morning over at DTD only to find out that that location doesn't serve breakfast. D'OH!

"I'm a torso!"

that beer looks a little too dark for a Harps (usually a lighter beer).... looks like it might be more like a Kronenbourg 1664....

Hey, it's another Mr. Mysterious!

"Trying is the first step towards failure."

You're good! I checked with hubby after posting my review and he informed me that he was in fact drinking a Kronenbourg!!!

Nicely done!

June

Hi there, June! Thanks for taking the time to read our reviews and thanks for the kind words. There will be many more cyber-weight gain opportunies in the days ahead.

Great trippie, Brenda! I am loving the pics.........Keep 'em coming.:thumbsup2

Paige, hi there! Thanks for coming over to read, I know you must be crazy busy right now. There will be lots more for you to read when you have time. Have a safe trip from CA to VA!

Woo Hoo! - ford porn!

Great start - keep em coming:thumbsup2

Auntie Karen!! Plankton says hello! Thanks for reading...more food to come but no cheesecake, sorry.

wow- count me in - lovin' it :yay:

Thanks for reading- I'm glad you like it so far!

L or F I would have thought it was the ladies too :rotfl2: I can't believe you don't have vinegar and tomato sauce (ketchup) with your chips :faint: Love the reviews I'm now wanting to add RR to my ADR's :goodvibes

I just want to thank all of you for your restroom support! :rotfl2:

I can't stand ketchup... yucko! I'm a weirdo because I love tomatoes but I don't like ketchup. I could go on...I hate peanuts but love peanut butter... but then this thread would really spiral out of control!

Thanks again for reading, Jo. I hope you enjoy RR if you do change your ADRs.

Brenda!!

Those sundaes look scrumptious! I have to admit, I too scrolled back up after the overbite and cleavage comments.:rotfl:

Hi Lori, thanks for stopping by! Those sundaes were yumptious...and that picture of me was just begging from some kind of snarky comment, don't you think?

I'm so glad your second trip to Raglan Road didn't disappoint. We had the experience with the DWDJx, so I know what you're talking about. I still haven't booked any dining for October except the Hoop De Doo, and Raglan Road is on the short list for sure.

Glad you're back and feeling better!:goodvibes

We have some potential DWDJx restaurants lined up for October but I'm trying not to worry about it too much.

You need to get moving on those ADRs young lady...or are you just going to spend all your time at Epcot eating and drinking at the food booths?

And I am feeling better, thank you. Thanks again for reading...and let DS know that we will have some more Plankton pics for him soon!

Great Reviews so far I can't wait to read more. We are coming down in Sept. so now I am even more excited than ever and can I say starving????:lmao:

Thanks for reading - I'm glad you like it so far! I'm hungry, too! Where are you planning on dining in September?

Just found this Brenda and got all caught up. Firstly, Ghirardellis sundae - I would have gone for the same as you had I not tried the mint sundae in Feb - out of this world!!!

Hi Joh! You must have posted while I was typing my responses to everyone else. Thanks for popping in to read.

I saw that mint sundae on the menu and I was a little tempted by it, but I always end up with a brownie sundae...it's my favorite!

Raglan Road - I have loved our meal here both times and hoping that the third time will be just as good in a couple of months.

Good for you! I hope your next meal is awesome again, too! Jay and I are debating whether or not we want to try to go back to RR again in October...we'll probably wait to make a final decision on that until after the F&W programs are released next month.

Regarding the mens room incident, if you've read my February Fun & frolics trip report, you will know I did the exact same thing at Gatwick airport in London - I didn't even have the excuse of not reading the signage correctly - there was a fairly clear male silhouette on the door :guilty:

I haven't had a chance to read through your report yet, but I do have it "marked" for future reading. See how much you and I have in common? Disney...good food and drink...mistaken restroom incidents... ;)

Keep the reports coming - I am hoping you can drag it out just nicely until it's time for me to leave for my trip - 10 weeks tomorrow, is that OK?

Thanks for reading...I can promise you this won't be finished within the next week or two, so that should help a little, don't you think? Since I'm juggling three reports at once nothing is going to get finished too quickly.

I am certifiable...that's the only explanation. :lmao:

Thanks for reading - I'm glad you like it so far! I'm hungry, too! Where are you planning on dining in September?[/QUOTE]

This is are second time at WDW so we are going to new places this time.

Planet Hollywood, Brown Derby Fantasmic Pkg., LeCellar's, Donald's Breakfast, 50's Diner, Grand FL Cafe, Biergarten, Cap n Jacks, Akerhouse for Breakfast, Rose n Crown and WCC so far unless we change the adrs again.

I am loving the review! At first I was going to say, "Please don't tell me you put mustard on your fish!" :scared:, but then I remembered I really like to dip my pizza in mustard and it started to sound maybe "not undelicious"! I still love lots of ketchup with fried fish, though.

I can't wait till we get to some wine reviews! The beer pictures look great, but I have very recently decided that beer just doesn't agree with my stomach. This was after being up at 3a.m. the past two Sat. nights to look for Tums. I think I will just be a wino from now on (well, maybe a mixed drink or two...:rotfl: ). On with the reviews!

Sounds yummy! Would you believe that of all the places you've listed we've only tried one?

Rose and Crown which we have so far defied the dining jinx at...we've eaten there four or five times over the years and it's always been great. It's a lot of fun, too!

I hope you have a great trip! Be sure to take tons of pics so you can come home and share the food love with the rest of us! :goodvibes

I am loving the review! At first I was going to say, "Please don't tell me you put mustard on your fish!" :scared:, but then I remembered I really like to dip my pizza in mustard and it started to sound maybe "not undelicious"! I still love lots of ketchup with fried fish, though.

Hmmmm...mustard with pizza? I've never thought of trying that...perhaps I'll give it a go some time!

Wine reviews will start with Chefs de France... I may not get to that today because I've got to give the computer over to the man for the rest of the afternoon and I have some work of my own that I need to catch up on. But I'll see if I can sneak something in today. ;)

Sorry to hear that the beer isn't cooperating...I have that problem sometimes, too. There is lots of wine coming up, trust me!

Thanks for reading! :goodvibes

Sounds yummy! Would you believe that of all the places you've listed we've only tried one?

thats funnie I was just talking to the DBF and telling him we have to get our camera fixed (we bought it in Italy1 1/2 ago) and the flash isn't working so I have to get ahold of our cc company and see if they have the trans action so I can call the Cannon and get them to warranty this camera. anyway I told him that I want to take pics from the airport all the way through to the end so keeping my fingers crossed it will be a nice TR for everyone.
