Yeah, Ben (real or flat) isn't really interested in girls yet, but I remember a conversation when I bringing him and some friends home from a birthday party in 2nd Grade.

Ben "I have a girlfriend"

Flat Ben isn't going back- he isn't leaving. He will be hanging out at the Beach Club until it is time for Cindy's trip.

And, there's much much more to come! Flat Ben has invites for 3 additional trips this fall!!!

Samantha (DD9) is definitely a thrill ride junkie.....RNRC is her favorite ride! So FB will be going on some rides for sure! She does not like TOT though, but she is supposed to ride it this year. She rode it back in 2010 and refused to go on last year. DH and DS4 started calling it the "Tower of Sam". It's not the ride itself, but more of the preshow "twilight zone" stuff. Last year DH plugged his phone into the ipod dock in the room and woke her up to the "Twilight Zone" theme music....needless to say, she was not amused!

(Real) Ben is the same way with ToT- the ride is fine, but the preshow freaks him out. Maybe Flat Ben and Samantha can help each other get through it this year.

Flat Ben is pretty easy to please, so no worries! I'm sure you will see a smile from him (even if that is ALL you see at some points)

Definitely excellent work, Penny and Jim! I'm going to get the boys into the planning for Ben. Since the older two are now 12 and 13, they can definitely relate to Ben and his pre-teen interest in Disney vacations! Just a preview - Ben may be "dancing" with them during Illuminations.

So glad to have you here following the Adventures of Flat Ben. I suspect you have a lot in common with him.

He is currently in the World but I haven't had any reports yet. I hope that means his host family is having way too much fun to send me pictures.

Oh, or it could be that I failed to provide my text and email info until after they had arrived!

FB has a few more adventures lined up, too! It will be a busy fall for him.

As for the "thicker" more dimensional version of the boy, from your plastic lips to... well whoever is listening. We would LOVE to join you and your family at SAB.
