Also know you can substitute things from the other menu etc. I'm not the biggest fish lover but I was perfectly content at Remy. They will do what ever they can to make your experience a good one. Basically if the chef has ingredients he will try to make you something to make up for a missed course. The fixed menu is not the only way to eat there it is is just the one that gets you the most bang for your buck and is the way it was designed but they do have an a la carte menu.
