In my case, probably not. Just found out my mom has late stage cancer so my whole trip will probably be cancelled.

Also many airlines will let you cancel a ticket within 24 hours and receive a refund if you wanted to back up at the last minute.

Spirit's cancellation fee is ridiculous...and the refund comes in the form of a credit to be used within a few months. Like I would ever fly with them again after this week.
