When we got to AK, it was pouring rain and lightening, so there was not much happening. We tried for Everest, but it was not open, so we went back to Dinosaur. I didn't bother with my camera because it was too wet.

Kali was open, so I packed away my camera and we went for some fun. We laughed quite a bit. We had a lot of fun. Q loved it so much, that she asked when we got off if we could go again. It was 8pm, so we literally got off the ride, got off the rotating floor, and then went to the "on" side and got back on again. We had a lot of fun there!

We went back to the room and likely dropped fairly quickly!

I LOVE the magnets! I definitely would have wanted the pretzel, ice cream and rice krispie ones!

Love the Olaf magic shot! Haha, I had to giggle a little when you only got the butterfly. That definitely would have been a let down.

I really wonder why the first 2 seats were marked reserved, no one actually sat in them. I know I have sat in the front seat at least twice, so it was weird that no one was allowed to sit there.

The King and Queen love cruising, but have never been on a Disney Cruise. They are, in fact, boarding a Carnival Cruise in about an hour though.

It was. It was just funny for me. I don't think I've ever been with anyone having a beer or any other alcoholic beverages on any of the trips to WDW before. It was odd for me! I'm fine with it, it was just odd.

For some reason I can't seem to get them off the cd/dvd that they gave me and copy them on to my computer. I'll have to go over to their place when they get home from their cruise and copy those last ones onto a thumb drive or something.

Primevil is one of those rides where the posted wait is usually accurate. It's just so slow loading! We didn't see them loading the other side either, but our wait was never that long!

The safari is just so much fun to photograph... and to experience.

Oh my gosh! I hadn't even noticed his totally bored face! That is hilarious! Maybe he was scared of me! LOL

The wait time for Primevil whirl changed when we got off, mostly because the Queen carried the red card to tell them how long we waited!

Rainy wet photos are so pretty. I just wish I had a waterproof camera.

We had so much fun! It's actually one of my favorite memories from the whole trip. I hadn't noticed that you couldn't see a single person besides us! Too fun!

Wow I haven't been able to log onto the DIS in a couple of weeks! I'm behind on a couple of updates.

I wonder how many tennis balls would fit in that giant Spalding container/stairwell?

Well, this is from another website: Center Court - The stairwells are contained in oversized tennis ball cans large enough to hold 9,474,609 regulation size tennis balls. The tennis racquets that line the railing are approximately 51 feet tall and the tennis balls are almost 5 feet in diameter.

Gosh....it's good to know that I'm not the only one that ponders things like this.

So, did you follow the Chinese, British, or American Expedition Everest?

Great pix of Expedition Everest. I don't know if I would be brave (or competent) enough to pull out my camera on a roller coaster type ride.

It seems like that black fish is so big and has such a tiny little mouth.

I love that picture of the green lizard on the large and small rocks. That is so cool!

The artwork at Pizzafari is really neat! Except the face on that momma polar bear. It looks so bizarre! Like it's a human face on a bear. The place looks deserted!

Great safari pictures! Those ones you took of the giraffes looking down on you are wonderful! You got a lot of close-up shots. Sorry no lions.

That was a funny shot with the bird standing on the hippo. I wonder if the hippo felt like he/she was getting a massage?

If you were craving the chicken and ribs then you should've gotten them! No protein in fruit only.

That test seat is funny...it's like an expedition to Nowhere. On the ride photo I think the guy next to you was in on the "looking bored" thing.

Wow that was a really long wait for Primeval Whirl. I don't think I would want to go on that ride anyways...I get motion sick on spinny rides.

That is so awesome that Princess got Olaf! And um...yea your butterfly is nice too.

Yep, Princess is certainly tanned! What are "Toms" ? I get that it's a shoe brand but were the sandals the Toms? I have 2 colors: white and red. LOL. No tanning here.

I like that picture of you guys on Dinosaur with everyone in their ponchos except you mugging it for the camera.

Well, if it's already raining, and you are already wearing ponchos....then why the heck not go on Kali?

That is the beauty of the Safari. Every ride is different. Sometimes great, sometimes, not so much.
