Wow that is an impressive price. Do you mind sharing what was the original asking price? Did buyer pay all closing costs and 2014 management fees too? I am surprised Disney did not ROFR that. It seems your price must have been $91.31 per point not $92 if the total price was $14,610 for 160 points. Great deal!

Ncurley we paid 2014 maintenance dues and 195 admin fee charged by fidelity I was off by my 1000 deposit. So the 2013 points were essentially free
