do they charge for soda and coffee at dinner? I heard something about some kinda of card you can buy and you can get all the soda u can drink is this worth the price?

DCL doesn't have soda cards. Other cruiselines do. On DCL sodas and regular coffee are included in all meals. As well as available 24/7 at the drink station on the pool deck for no additional cost. Specialty coffees have a cost and you can purchase a Buy 5 Get 1 Free card for those, if you wish.

Sodas from bars/lounges, poolside servers, and room service do have a charge, also.
