Sounds like two pretty good days to me Renee. I hope you are going to get some time for yourself tomorrow. I hate it when we work all week then the weekend and then all week again. It's not good for us. Make some you time and i'll talk to you soon.

those 2 days didn't look too bad to me! other than the swedish fish (which may even be okay on your plan? i'm not sure), everything looked great! :bounce:

enjoy the time spent with your dad spackling that room, some nice quality time with dad :teeth:

Thanks all I think of all of us, I am hardest on myself!

Today was great!

I begin my first cheat free day to day and have made it!

(B) one egg scrambled cheese and bacon on atkins with a diet snapple.
(L)piece of sugar free cheese cake and cup of decaf.
(D) hamburger on my new George Forman grill on bread of course and a salad.
(S) Waiting for Sopranos to begin then I will have my atkins ice cream bar.

Drank about 90 oz of water and will probably have 2 more 24 oz before night is through.

No exercise today ans a matter of fact, I did absolutley nothing and it felt great!
I even got about a hour with no kids at all!

Till tomorrow.

I use to love those kid free hours. Now I would give almost anything to have all three kids for an hour. Glad you had a relaxing day. Take care.
 
I know I know judy.............have been told by many to cherish the, I do.....lol.

Today cheat free day two!

(B) one egg scrambled bacon and cheese on atkins diet snapple.
(L) 2 slices of salmai and cheese diet snapple.
(D) a big salad with salami, olives cheese and bacon bits.
S) handful of peanuts and one peanut butter cup!
drank all my water and 4 cups of decaf.

Jogged 2 miles today!

Not much else is happening.

Had a great day!
Ill be going back to work in about a week! (seasonal restaurant) now I just have to deal with working in a restaurant again!
GOt a comment today as well..
actually yesterday. ny hubbys friend stopped by to pick up my brother in law and he mentioned something about looking like I did in HS!
that was a great feeling, fi nally someone noticing!
Thing is, I dont see hubbys friend too often which is why he probably noticed!

anyway
(B) one egg scrambled with bacon and cheese. diet snapple.
(L) subway low carb wrap.
(D) steak and a salad (bacon bits, olives, and cheese)
After dinner I ate one oreo and a hal fof a chocalte chip cookie.
BUT........................
now I will not havemy snack! And if its ok I ll keep the cheat free clip!
That should be equivilent to my snack. which I am now missing!
Anyway Ill be joggin as soon as kids get in bed.

Just wanted to pop in and say :wave: to you Renee. Sounds like things are going just fine today. Remember we are half way to Friday. It's all down hill from here.


ps. About the restaurant - I do this everyday and I have no will power. I am absolutely sure that you can do it too!::yes::

(L) mickey dees but just had a burger no bun no fries and a diet coke.
(D) wings and a salad.
(S) no snack, once agian had a half a cookie. I may be being hard on myself but I am punishing me for that half cookie! lol
I will do my 2 mile jog in about a hour.

I cant believe I almost forgot my biggest news of the day!!!!!!!!!!
I got my new clippie.
I am 158....down 45 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI again all............
today was a great day. I stuck to diet and got a lot of housework done!

(B) atkins low carb bagel with cram cheese and sugar free jelly.
(S) a handful of peanuts.
(D) buffalo wings and cheese from daughter pizza.
(S) handful of pork rinds.

Didnt mean to skip lunch, I got caught up in completely cleaning out my daughter room which of course lead to the playroom and my room AND most of the kitchen.


Anyway, I am skipping my 2 mile run, I am real tired.

Yup friday!!!!!!!!!!!
Dreading this evening, this is my weAknight nighmare night every week.
I am gonna try and forget its friday and try and eat good.
Anyway so far so good.

havent had dinner yet, I am not sure but I think I want some swedish fish.

goobers again as well as swedish fish.....
a hot pocket not good not good at all............
I think I may have gained about 4 pounds!!!!!!!!

Not even goona get on the scale


Anyway I am taking away my cheat free clip and hope to be adding it back tomorrow.

Renee, I just got caught up on your journal! I was thrilled to hear the good news of your daughter's negative genetic testing for CF!! What a blessing!! I'm also happy that DD#1 and her friends will be playing softball together in another league!

Getting back on plan can be tough! I'm going through the same thing myself.....again! :rolleyes: We'll get back to it soon, I'm sure! Try not to beat yourself up over it, though, OK??

Monday is always easy for me.... to get back on that is.
I have this weakness to cheat or let go a day or two and I just really over do it.
I am starting to think that perhaps rather than go nuts 2 days a week I should just let a little loose all week and spread it out.
It seems I jjust cant stick to anything STRICT!

anyway today was a goodone.

(B) none.......lost keys and was looking for them til about 1 then I realized I didnt eat.
so
(L) one egg scrambled bacon and cheese on stkins bread CL lemonade.
(D) yes! I went to mickey dees but I had a salad!

(S) one atkins ice cream
drank all my water and 3 cups of decaf
jogged 2 miles.

(B) actually it was more like lunch, I ate eggs bacon cheese on atkins bread at about 1:30.
(D) small h amburger no bread and a salad.
(S) two peanut butter cups (LC) and an atkins ice cream
rank 125 oz of water and a few cups of decaf.

jogged 2 miles.
