We went on January 7 and asked a cast member how long the wait would be as the line was over the bridge curved around a bit. They estimated it would be an hour and a half wait! My husband waited and I took he kids to meet Ariel (25 mins max) and my husband was at the doors. They actually had him step aside until I got up there to meet him as they needed all of us there. Don't let the line intimidate you
