Others asked about why they had fixed images and dead video also. The video/camera apparently changed hands/ownership, so it is possible if it worked prior, it might not now. I looked on the port cam site and it offered no link, or info to troubleshoot. Most sites at least offer suggestions. Not PC Port Cam currently. I would say update your "Flash Player" first off. That would be Adobe Corp. Try different browsers. It's working with my Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, and Mozilla Firefox, which I have on several systems here. Not sure what else to recommend. Delete cookies, clear cache. etc.... Good luck. Call them and ask for help.
