Others asked about why they had fixed images and dead video also.

The video/camera apparently changed hands/ownership, so it is possible if it worked prior, it might not now.

I looked on the port cam site and it offered no link, or info to troubleshoot.
Most sites at least offer suggestions. Not PC Port Cam currently.

I would say update your "Flash Player" first off. That would be Adobe Corp.
Try different browsers. It's working with my Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, and Mozilla Firefox, which I have on several systems here.

Not sure what else to recommend. Delete cookies, clear cache. etc....

Good luck. Call them and ask for help.

sorry to be such a pest about this bear but I think it would be so neat if I was seen on the fish lips camera

I did click on the "slideshow" and found our cruise date--I clicked on the arrow thingy and then a set of double lines came up so I clicked on those and still nothing happened

is there anyway you could somehow send me what you are able to see
I hope this makes sense--Ill send you my email address

I just found us on the Fantasy 10/20/12 during sailaway while the ship was passing Fishlips/PC camera.

how did you find the sail date

we were on the Fantasy 8-11-12 and saw the Fish lips I had my Mickey glove and was waving like crazy!!!!

it would be fun to see if I was "caught on tape"

believe it or not I got it at a thrift store

I paid a whole $0.49 for it!!!!

I know they sell them in the parks they were $19.99 but you got 2!!!!

I remember you used be able to order park things by calling but I cant remember what it was called
something like park merchdise--something like that--you could probably call

the main disney # 1-407-wdisney I bet they could help

Does the live camera work for you and just the archived that don't?

Try a work computer or a friends. Did you download/update Flash Player?
They say the video will work with apple's OS and Android too.

The live PC cam screen comes up and shows text for me but only for a split second, then goes to the live shot. I can't read it. I figure that is where it tells you what you need to run the videos.

Will this site work? These folks produce/run/own the PC camera now.

There is a support link email on left of this page. Send them and email and ask what programs you need for these videos to function.

when I went on the computer I got a message that flash player needed to be updated so I clicked ok and let it do its thing and then tried your link again

and presto!!!! there it was!!!

I wish I remembered what I was wearing that day--but I was near the funnel

one deck up from the funnel vision screen cause I could look down and see the sail away

next time (this Aug)

I have a pair of light up minnie ears along with the mickey glove

Im going to get noticed my DH already is saying he doesnt know me!!!!

I did see a couple of people with signs

what did the signs say that your family had

when we went on the cruise last yr my friend took pictures off the computer screen--they turned out pretty good--you cant make out the people though
but the ship turned out great

I have to make sure I have fresh batteries for my minnie ears!!!
