My DH absolutely loves pork rinds...I can't even stand the smell of them. I wish I did like them though for those times when I want something salty and crunchy. Guess I'll stick to cucumbers and blue cheese dressing.
My very favorite flavor is salt and vinegar. I have to order my cracklings (pork rinds that are baked instead of fried) online. You can't find them in my part of MI
Well, I just tried them for the first time the other day and BLAH!!!!!!! I will admit that I used them as my "bread crumbs" for my meat loaf today and it came out pretty good.
