We have stayed at all three of the resorts you mentioned, with kids.
Personally we hated CSR and stayed there once and never stayed there again. This was years ago, we didn't like the room decor, the convention going on, and we had a bad experience with the CM's.
PoR we stayed at before the renovation. It was ok for me but I feel no need to stay there again. DH didn't like the resort at all. It just didn't feel like anything special for us.
We just stayed at AoA in Dec. It wasn't in the suites, we werein a Little Mermaid room. We all loved it! We are DVC members so we are use to 1 bedroom units and we didn't miss the space at all. That's how great the resort as awhole is! We didn't care abut the small room. The themeing can't be beat! Our kids are older, 14 & 9 and they went crazy for the over the top theme! So did DH & I! I loved everything about it! We were there during Xmas week and the bus service was fantastic! Our room was spotless. Our view was of the pool & at night we could see the fireworks right from our window! The foodcourt had so many options & the food was always fresh and good. The CM's were friendly & helpful. We had such a great time that we will stay there again. We didn't get to use the pool because it was too cold, so we want a chance to swim in their awesome pools!
With kids the ages yours are, I would go with the suite at AoA. They will love it! Also, having a seperate bedroom, 2 bathrooms & a place to prepare breakfasts will be a huge plus, trust me! You can also save a bit on snacks & drinks by having your own in your room. Same with breakfast.
