Genius!! Wish I would've though of it
Sony Alpha users!! Does anyone have the SonyE PZ 18-105mm f/4 G OSS Lens??? I'm thinking of making the switch from DSLR to mirrorless and I'm thinking Sony a6000 + SELP18105G + SEL1018 may be a good set-up for me.
Thanks!!

Seems like an above-average lens in total quality. I know the 10-18 is well thought of for a kit ultra wide.
But I'd throw in a prime for when you need faster aperture.
On a positive note about the future of the Sony Alpha mirrorless.... dpreview just posted a review of the LOW LIGHT AF capability of the A7rii, traditionally a big weakness of mirrorless cameras. They concluded that it's actually better than most dSLRs. A tiny bit of me is envious of Sony Alpha e-mount shooters.

I took these two with the 55-210 (underrated lens in my opinion)

Boy do I need a windfall of some kind,
Sony A7R II: Focus Accuracy Better than Any DSLR I’ve Ever Used
Something strange happened on my recent trip: I did not see any mis-focused images from the Sony A7R II. I mean, none.
Try doing that with a Nikon D810 or Canon 5DS R with an autofocus lens—I have and never come close, as past autofocus assessments show.

Its still just so expensive. Maybe in a year or two once the price drops i can swing this camera.
