Help! Everyone, please, send good vibes my way! This is way OT anything Disney, other than, the reason I'm doing what I'm doing is so I can eat whatever I want for FREE on my upcoming September trip. So... Ok, I started Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago. So far, I've done well. Lost 3# first week, then 3.6, then 2.8 - total of 9.4. This week, I've stayed on plan, but, well, I just have not, how should I say, gone #2. I have weigh in on Wednesday, and am just so bloated! All the fiber, whole grains, and healthy food I've been eating, you would think I'd be the poster child for colonoscopy prep, but NOOOOOOO.... just the opposite. So, I need suggestions, on how to "get things moving" by tomorrow. I'm already taking fiber supplements as well, not that you'd think I'd need them, but between them, dairy, roughage (oats and salads almost daily), something's gotta give!!!
