October "Not So Sweet" Fitness Challenge - Who's in?

I didn't join on the first but did start my regiman on the 4th so I will be in.

I am reducing sugar
No tonic(soda or pop for ou non-Bostonians:rotfl:)
No caffeine
Low carbs
Walk at least 5 miles daily intil 10/12 then back in gym.

So far so good down 7lbs this am.

I am finding the fruit the most difficult to reduce since I love all the high carb fruits.

Gonna be interesting to see how much I can stick to in WDW.
 
Hey everyone, how's the challenge going for you? It's day 18!!

I've been working hard. I've lost 4 lbs so far this month. I feel super happy about that. The weather here in PA has been nice so I've been getting out and being active so how, some way every time I can. I'm also doing a workout DVD.

I hope everyone has been successful. Tell me your progress....
