Nikolas & MAW-We're back from Mickey Mouse's House! Pre & Post trip reports

It's here, it's here!! Boo's stroller came in this afternoon! This means after I go get it tomorrow morning I can call our MAW coordinator and get a minivan instead of a lift van. I really just don't want to take the wheelchair 'cause Boo hates the new seat and I want him to be comfy for the week, plus this is so much easier to use or should be anyway. It looks and works just like the nice full sized cushy strollers for babies and toddlers-just bigger.
Time to put the kiddos to bed (again) and get another sleep out of the way.

I am so glad the new stroller came in. It should make things so much easier at the parks! Have a fabulous trip!

Finishing the packing now and trying to finish our trip binder. My laptop crashed so I have to find the links again and print out a few pages that I was waiting for information to fill in. Other than that I think we're ready....:cool1
Oh, and I did remember to change our clocks so we get up in time for the very early limo.

I know you're super busy getting ready, Tuesday at 4am will be here before you know it-- but I just wanted to say have a WONDERFUL Vacation! I'll be thinking of you guys and I know it will be full of magic, wonder and pixie dust! Can't wait to hear all about it when you get back
Tell Mikayla that I actually got 80% of our stuff packed today--still have a bunch of stuff "to make" but hopefully that will all be done in the next two weeks--

We're here and it's totally AWESOME!!!! I've gotta be quick 'cause Boo needs to eat but we did get to meet up with Momto4+more. They are super sweet and Cathy got some great pictures of the kids playing tonight. They got "tattoos" and ice cream and ran around like crazy.
Maroo...got our box today...thank you! We're wearing them tomorrow.
Cajunfan...wore the shirts today and my parents LOVED being able to easily find me & DD when we walked too fast.

Woo Hoo! Are we going to get some live updates!?!?!?! I'm happy to hear you made it safely. Have a blast and take lots of notes and tons of pictures so we can relive every moment of it with you when you return and write your trip report!

It was great meeting you and the kids! Nidra said she was thinking about you all today and hoping you have a great last day there.

We ran right into real life today when I picked Michelle up from the sitter. She was sick! Took her to the hospital, and she is positive for the flu. They think it's H1N1 and started her on Tamiflu. My sister came and got my kids, so they have not been exposed at least.

I hope you have a safe trip back home and are able to sleep some on your late flight!

OK, I was going to start my trip report tonight but...I've got my mind on Cathy and the kids. Deyki is very sick and just got admitted to the hospital. He's got pneumonia and possibly H1N1. He's a very sick littly guy right now so please pray for him.
I'll start my TR in the next day or so I promise. I just need to take care of this right now first so be patient...it was an awesome trip!

First, let me say that most of the pictures I took are video so until my photopass cd gets here I've only got about 50ish pics...hehehe! Then the fun begins!

Well, here goes….
Day 1…Time to leave!
I had to be up at 3:00 am and the kids had to be ready by 4:00 to meet the limo. It was right on time and got here at 4:15. I admit I was worried because another Wish family left the week before and the limo was an hour LATE!!!
We did all our boarding passes and baggage payments online the night before so we had some “wiggle” room but I was still a bundle of nerves. I don’t have any limo pictures since it was so dark still-sorry! Mikayla was excited to ride in the limo but Nikolas was unimpressed. I thought for sure Nikolas would sleep but, not a wink.
Getting to the airport and thru security went off without a hitch. We got loaded on the plane and I got the cutest picture of Nikolas waiting for us to take off…

That last one was taken by me as we were about half way thru take-off. He LOVED the feeling I guess. (btw, it's only about 7:15am by now...I'm soooo tired! )
The plane ride was uneventful except that the pastry & iced coffee Mikayla got from Starbucks made her a bit queasy on the plane so she sat with her head down for about half of the flight. I warned her about too much sugar…mom’s don’t know anything do we? Hehehe..
When we landed in Orlando we had no trouble getting to the GKTW greeter. He was a very sweet older gentleman whom I believe knows everything about that airport. We found the luggage and got our van in the blink of an eye.
Finally…we were off to Give Kids The World!!!!

Wow! You got to Orlando bright and early. We leave that early for our flight and do not arrive until 11:35 after changing planes once! I am glad you are starting your report!
