I have my workout clothes ready to go to the gym right after work tonight. My goal tonight is to have a farther distance that I had on day one...which was 1.82 miles after 25 minutes. I will follow up tomorrow morning.

Okay, so I didn't do W1D2 until Friday after work! It was SO HARD!!! I struggled, but I talked myself through it. And, my distance was 1.85 after 30 minutes. So, I was a bit slower, but again, I FINISHED it!!! I talked myself through it!!! I have my workout clothes with me today, so I'm headed to the gym to do W1D3 soon.
Right now, my biggest struggle is getting enough water in me. I don't dislike it, but it's just not a habit for me to drink it throughout the day. So, I'm working on that. My walking buddy and I remind each other throughout the day to drink some water. We need to do more of that though. I hope everyone has a great day!!!
