This is my third Disney cruise, although my first 7 day onboard the Magic. It is the Carribbean that stops in Key West, Grand Caymen and Cozumel. Traveling with me is my DH and two girls 9 and 7. After reading another post about not wanting to miss getting tickets to Tea with Wendy, I am wondering how many other events onboard I may want to get tickets for and make sure we do. Also, any excursions that you might suggest for each of the ports. I was thinking about snorkeling, although none of us had ever gone before. My younger daughter swims but is not a "strong" swimmer, so I am not sure if this would be a good idea. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated! Sorry this is so long winded :)

I would suggest you have a look at the navigators for previous western itineraries to get an idea of what is offered. Obviously some events are subject to change and infact so is your cruise itinerary!

Perhaps read some trip reports from people doing a similar cruise - there are often things that I have found out about or given more thought to because I read about them in trip reports.

The only other ticketed things we saw were Beer and Tequila tastings. If you enjoy alcoholic beverages you will really enjoy them.

As for excursions, we did not do any since it was our first cruise and we just wanted to go with the flow. Do not forget to get your free jewlery in grand caymom.

DD and her fiance did the Reef Snorkel/Shipwreck excursion in Grand Cayman and raved about it even though it was overcast and rainy! DD has never been able to get the snorkeling down but she said the tour guides were so good and worked with her until she got it and now she loves it. Based on their experience, I would highly recommend it. :thumbsup2
