Wow Meg-- your pictures are better than real life, not kidding. Especially the fireworks!! Excellent job!! I've been missing your updates but glad to hear you are so busy at school (that's a good thing
Sorry I missed you over fall break---- but we'll be back! December 20-23 (wilderness lodge or Port Orleans-princess room can't decide which to do....we've done both just can't commit to one....story of my life....I'm obsessed with the resorts) Anyway I'm sure its going to be crazy busy but I MUST SEE THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AND DECOR!!! Here's hoping I've done all my "Santa" duties by then so I can really enjoy the trip!! Talk soon!!

September 14th (part 6): My loves rise from the dead

Now, the addition of Vanellope and Ralph is fine but I miss the Hundred Acre Woods float SO much. Without it, it makes the parade seem shorter for some reason. Idk but I miss it the end.
After that amazingness got over, we headed over to see POOH AND MY OTHER PEEPS THAT I/WE LOVE!

September 15th (part 1): Coloring our way around the world
We got to Epcot a little after opening and headed straight to Soarin to use our FP.
For the first time evah, Meg got to experience the front row! Thank god. Only took like 12 tries.
Of course next, we had to get strawberry shortcake because that stuff is to die for.
We may have gone to see Captain EO next ( ) but I dont have any pictures from that awesomeness so lets just say we did.
Next stop: Spaceship Earth.
Now, something very big happened.
Our/my last ride on the Maelstrom. Like, oh snap.
After we said farewell to the trolls and polar bears, we Magicbanded (yes it is a verb) to the attraction. Dont ask why the crap I am smiling. I dont know myself. But wow my hair looks good.
We continued on our way and found some characters out in America! Pluto had no line so we chilled with him.
It was SO hot out on this day so AC was much needed. We got some ice cream in France including the pumpkin macaroon and a baguette. Yes, ice cream and bread.
I went up to order the baguette and the CM thought I wanted a BAG and I was like why the crap is he going to the register? Yeah, no buddy. LOAF O BREAD. The baguette was only like 2 bucks which is such a bargain. It was really good though!
We strolled on over to the UK and the Kidcot station was wide open for two children to walk up and color some Duffys.

We seriously sat there for like 45 minutes coloring cause that is what normal people do.
While we were coloring, Pooh peeked through the door and I basically* fell out of my chair because he scared me so bad. Not even being sarcastic.
After we finished our Duffy masterpieces, we met Pooh and Tigger.
Tigger gave your truly the biggest hug ever. I thought I was gonna suffocate or die idk.
We went to see the Duffster next and showed him our coloring masterpieces. He loved them. I think. I dont know if he could exactly see out of that costume.
Meg had her Mission Space FP to use next. Mum and I went over to Fountain View and got a drink. Yes, I will go into that Starbucks cause who cares about Fountain View. But if we are talking about Main St Bakery yeah no.
Had to happen.
We met back up with Meg and I went on Figment with her. #livinitup

After that mind blowing experience, we went into one of the photo booths in the dump shop and wow those came out so great. I am displaying them nicely in my locker at school.
We met up with Mum and headed all the way to the back of WS to Japan.

September 15th (part 2): That time Meg flashed me because of candy
We had an ADR coming up in a few. We checked in and our buzzer thing went off in like 2 minutes. BOO YA.
I wasnt expecting Teppan Edo to look the way it did. It was all our first time there and I didnt know what to expect. Of course I knew what the restaurant is but walking in, I dont know. I didnt picture it like that. This makes no sense wow.
We were seated with these boring idiots. We barely talked to them cause I dont like people in general. And I was focused on the food. Duh.
Our chef dude came over and he was funny. But, dude, just give me my food.
We all got our noodles and those things were yummy.
Our waitress brought rice out for all of us and then it was time for some MEAT. RAWR.
Between the three of us, we got like chicken, beef, more chicken, maybe shrimp, and other meat???
And then for dessert, we split one thing of the green tea ice cream. We werent sure how it was gonna taste so we really didnt want to get one each.
I thought it was ok. I dont think I could eat a whole bowl of it. Now if we are talkin cookie butter ice cream, that is another story.
I liked Teppan Edo. It is a cool experience, but expensive. This aint something that we would go all the time to. And um, I could get the same food and experience right down the street from our house. I am just sayin.
We really #liveditup afterwards because we colored two more Duffys in America. What is wrong with us.
And then we went to France I guess cause this is my next picture???
We needed to set up for Illuminations so that is what we did. But I think we went to Karamell Kuche to get food first. Cause why not.
The people at Tokyo Dining didnt know that they were paying for dinner aka weird sushi AND a show. I entertained those people like I dont even know what. I was struttin my stuff all over that balcony. People love me.

Once we got back to SSR, we changed into our bathing suits and swam for a few. And then we pigged out on candy. #candypile

September 16th (part 1): The cone of shame
We woke up bright and early and had to do some packing. No fun whatsoever.
We had some breakfast at Artists Palette before heading to the bus stop.
NEW DUFFYS WERE SPOTTED. So buying them was mandatory .
We took a bus to AK and took the train to Rafikis. They were doing an operation on a bat because he had a broken wing. It was really cool to watch.
They had to make him a cone of shame out of x-ray film because he would reach his wing over to his mouth so they had to keep adding film on.
We had a FP to use for EE so we took the train back and walked over to Asia.

Since Yak and Yeti doesnt have the lo mein anymoreWHY CANT WE HAVE NICE THINGSwe went over to Flame Tree.
Onion rings and pulled pork of course
We went to see Finding Nemo next. On the other side of the theater, there were two people doing sign language and I was mesmerized. I am taking ASL at school and I absolutely LOVE it, so I could pick up a few signs here and there. It was awesome!
I am also obsessed with finding Disney ASL interpreters for like shows and stuff on youtube and see if I can pick up signs. It is so much fun.

September 16th (part 2): Livin' dat peasant life though

Our Kilimanjaro FP was right after FotLK so that worked well.
Me all day every day
We explored Maharaja next.
Then it was time for the BEST RIDE EVAH IN THE BEST LAND EVAH.
They have new effects on the ride which are pretty awesome. Like, flying dinos pop out from the middle. It is pretty intense. You guys need to experience it for yourselves.

We headed out of AK at this point so we could head over to the Poly for some BREAD PUDDING!
We found a table at Tambu and wow worst service ever. Im sorry, but if it is going to take 45 minutes to come over to our table and take our DRINK order, we are gonna have some problems. Even if we werent gonna order anything, why wouldnt you come over and make sure we didnt want/need something?! We tried to get this womans attention like 20 times and she just walked right by us every single time. I know we are peasants, but COME ON NOW.
Meg was thrilled.
Thank god the nachos and bread pudding made up for it.
After we pigged out, we took the monorail to MK and a bus back to SSR.
We watched Duffys Bedtime Story when we got back to the room and packed some more. Mum and yours truly had to leave because with a new attendance policy at school, I cant miss a ton. And with being on newspaper and all, it is a problem when I am absent. Meg was staying another night though and lived it up at MK and MGM the next day.
She walked us out to the car, we cried, hugged, and said see ya real soon. ♥

September 28th (part 1): Only one blue dude
PEOPLE OF THE DIS!
So once again, sorry for the lack of updates. I have SO many pictures for you guys and lord, the amount of bokeh. Blame the Christmas decorations.
We also got a new computer and I had to download Photoshop and upload a crapload of pictures. And I am using Word Online because we don’t Office yet. #winning

So I don’t know what happened, but this is the only legit day we went to Food and Wine for the season. There was a ton of stuff I wanted to try but we just never got around to it. Weird, I know.
We went to the Festival center first so we could get a gift card and look at the merch.
We checked out the chocolate displays, which were ok. The Avatar one was a total joke. It looked like they put it together in a day and there was only one blue dude. How depressing.
The 7DMT one was great! Very cute.
So the merch was REALLY nice this year. Very... I don't want to say classy, but yes classy (that makes no sense) because there wasn't a ton of the beer merch and crap like that.
Of course we have to have the Duffster.
We headed to our first booth next.

September 28th (part 2): Little baby snails
We didn't stop at Puerto Rico (and plus they were out of like everything) but the booth itself was awesome! The theming blew me away. And they had live music every hour(ish).
Next stop: BEST BOOTH EVAH.
Mum got the pasta thing here. It had mushrooms in it and a crap ton of cheese. I tried a bite and it was fantastic!
BUT NOT AS FANTASTIC AS THE ESCARGOT!!!!
Anyone who knows yours truly knows that I absolutely love escargot. It is one of my favorite foods, and this dish was mind blowing. The escargot was in a pastry thing with spinach puree and bacon and GOOD LORD IT WAS AMAZING. Mum thought it looked so gross, but she is not an adventurous eater let's be real now.
We stopped at Brazil next and once again, the theming was awesome. Very well done.
We got the cheese bread and it tasted like bread stuffed with mac and cheese. It was SO YUMMY AHHH.
It was time for a drink so duh we went to the Visa Lounge. I am upset though. They took away all of the board games. I miss Nightmare Before Christmas Yahtzee!
We went to Germany next and got the gratin with ham and that stuff is always GOOD.
We needed a little dessert so we got the s'mores at Desserts and Champagne.
Stupid topiary where the bog used to be. We can't have nice things.

October 4th: But what were we even doing
I cannot think for the LIFE of me what we were doing on this day. We parked at the TTC and took the monorail to Epcot. I remember there being some reason we needed to go to Epcot, but this is what happens when I write this two months later.

AND THEN I MET DUFFY. HOW EXCITING.
We are so cute.
We browsed in China for a few and looked at the Terra Cotta Army, which is really cool. I had seen pictures on Instagram of this and I learned about it in school in like the 5th grade. It is really interesting and it is awesome they have a very mini replica at Epcot.
I need this Panda umbrella.
Love the details in China.
Of course we had to visit the little German village.
We charged our phones at the Visa Lounge for about a half hour, right in front of the bathrooms. How lovely.

October 11th: Sass to the max
We got to MK and went on Peter Pan's Flight. I wanted to try and do some dark ride pics but god, that ride is hard to do so. I need some practice before I post any pics from PPF!
We got a spot for FoF because why not!

Sass to the max.
Now the main point of going to MK was to go see MEMENTO MORI!!!! aka thanks Disney for taking all of my money.
Even though that store is way too small, it is PERFECT. That merch is deadly for me because I WANT IT ALL. I bought a shirt, and who knows what else. I wanted the whole store.
We had a FP to use for JotLM so that's where we went next.
Those lights tho.
We headed to Main St next.
We got a snack at the Confectionery and people watched.
I went off by myself for a few while Mum did some Christmas shopping for me. I think I know some of the stuff she got me but ya know. She won't confirm or deny that information.
I headed to Fantasyland and ended up at Gaston's because let's be real now. I need a Le Fou's brew.
I sat on the balcony of PVH and looked over all the peasants in my Kingdom. Normal Saturday for me, people.
I walked around Fantasyland and Liberty Square after that until Mum called me.

I met back up with Mum in front of Uptown Jewlers.
We took the monorail because we wanted to try out Captain Cook's "new" menu (we hadn't been there yet).
I got the chicken and waffles. Now, I had never had chicken and waffles together before. I can imagine chicken and waffles is ok if the chicken hasn't been dipped in an extremely spicy sauce. I liked the two items separate but not together. It was awful together. The flavors didn't mix well whatsoever.
Mum got the noodle bowl, which they changed a lot from the previous noodle bowl, and she wasn't a fan.
So CC was an epic fail.
We got to MK and went on Peter Pan's Flight. I wanted to try and do some dark ride pics but god, that ride is hard to do so. I need some practice before I post any pics from PPF!

Now the main point of going to MK was to go see MEMENTO MORI!!!! aka thanks Disney for taking all of my money.
Even though that store is way too small, it is PERFECT. That merch is deadly for me because I WANT IT ALL. I bought a shirt, and who knows what else. I wanted the whole store.
We had a FP to use for JotLM so that's where we went next.
Those lights tho.
We headed to Main St next.
We got a snack at the Confectionery and people watched.
I went off by myself for a few while Mum did some Christmas shopping for me. I think I know some of the stuff she got me but ya know. She won't confirm or deny that information.
I headed to Fantasyland and ended up at Gaston's because let's be real now. I need a Le Fou's brew.
I sat on the balcony of PVH and looked over all the peasants in my Kingdom. Normal Saturday for me, people.
I walked around Fantasyland and Liberty Square after that until Mum called me.
My doppelgänger.
I met back up with Mum in front of Uptown Jewlers.
We took the monorail because we wanted to try out Captain Cook's "new" menu (we hadn't been there yet).
I got the chicken and waffles. Now, I had never had chicken and waffles together before. I can imagine chicken and waffles is ok if the chicken hasn't been dipped in an extremely spicy sauce. I liked the two items separate but not together. It was awful together. The flavors didn't mix well whatsoever.
Mum got the noodle bowl, which they changed a lot from the previous noodle bowl, and she wasn't a fan.
So CC was an epic fail.

October 17th: Y u so perf, Hallowishes
After Mum got out of work, we drove on over to the TTC. It was a MNSSHP night so I wanted/needed to shoot Hallowishes.
We still had some time to kill before I had to set up so we walked over to the Poly and HOLY POLY VILLAGE SIGN. I AM IN LOVE.
We got a drink from CC and chilled in the lobby for about a half hour before heading back to the TTC.
HALLOWISHES TIME!
After that perfection got over, I packed up my tripod, and we drove on home.

October 25th (part 1): A dead silent and awkward mine (that sounds like a movie title)
We walked over to the Poly from the TTC and took the monorail from there.
Can't get enough.
We looked in Uptown Jewelers when we got to MK and holy HM Dooney.
We strolled on over to tomorrowland.
Construction update on the way.
We went into Fantasyland and saw 7dmt was down so we got in line because it wasn't long.
We only waited like 20 minutes, but wow it was such a great ride. There wasn't any music playing in the mine so it was dead silent and really awkward. A guy told a CM when we got off and the CM said that "they were sending a CM on a train to check it out." Why, you don't believe us? Ok.
I wanted to watch FoF (what else is new) so we got a spot on Main St.

October 25th (part 2): WHY HELLO THERE, CHRISTMAS
It was wicked hot out for some reason so we went into Hall of Presidents for some AC.
And then we ended up here but who is really surprised
Those magnets (on the top) are in my locker at school cause that's how I roll.

So we ended up at the Contemporary.
And I found the Hipster Mickey pin there which I had been looking everywhere for! Yay!
We took a bus to DTD because ew we ain't driving there and CHRISTMAS MERCH WAS OUT!
We stopped at Co-Op first.

Stopped at Trend D for a moment....
...and then let's be real now. I needed to go to WoD cause um more Christmas merch duh

November 7th (part 1): #willrunforconcerts
Disclaimer: This update really has nothing to do with Disney, but at the same time, it does, so if you would like to read it, be my guest. If you don’t like concert pics though, move along.
When Disney announced that David Cook would be performing at Eat to the Beat, I just about cried. I LOVE David Cook and I have seen him numerous times in concert and have met him twice. And plus his dog Dublin follows me on Twitter so get on my level.
I hadn’t been to a concert since January 2013 because no one that I like comes to Orlando. Or if they do, they play at Universal or Busch Gardens and that can be a lot of dough. So I just about died when one of my favorite artists was going to be playing at Disney.
Mum picked me up from school and we drove straight to Epcot. I basically ran to the back of the park to get in line and I was praying it wasn't long. Surprisingly, we were in luck.
We were let in about 20 minutes before (each show...) and were in the second row.
The first concert was....well, like no one knew who DC even was and what was with the amount of older people.
Oh wait. The concerts are free. No further explanation needed.
But lord the second and third concerts were amazing. So much more lively and energetic and I am sorry, but David is so hot. The end.
After each show, I sprinted back to the line in order to wait for the next show and get a good spot. That happened two times and wow I was worn out. #willrunforconcerts
Now, I think it is great Disney puts on shows like this and they actually had some pretty good people this year that I actually knew. Of course, we always have to have Hanson. No comment on that.
The thing that kills me about these shows is that the artist always has to play their "most popular songs" and don’t get me wrong, I ain't complaining (yes I am) about seeing someone I love, but I wish the setlists could be changed up a little. BUT BUT BUT he did play a new song and it was PERFECT.

I took almost 700 pictures of this beautiful man because I have problems so here, have like 40 pictures of him aka my best shots. You're welcome.

Yay for new updates! I always check to see if you've updated. Your pictures are always gorgeous. Love the fireworks pics and love seeing the holiday merch.
I am SUPER jealous you got to see David Cook!! Love him! I've seen him a bunch of times after he won Idol and then when he did club tour dates, but haven't seen him for awhile. I saw he was going to play Eat to the Beat and REALLY wanted to come down for it, but it just wasn't possible this year. You have some wonderful pictures of him and I'm glad you enjoyed the shows. And I love that he has a magic band on!
