Someone posted on the Facebook page that fares had been lowered for this cruise and they had saved $1000 when they checked. We checked ours tonight, and the fare for our two cabins is $600 less now. You might want to check if you haven't done so already.

I just noticed the same thing. Our currently booked category isn't available but higher ones are still over $600 less right now.

Just called and saved $1300!!!!! Today is a good day. The CM went crazy on the phone. She had never seen such a big discount. So much fun talking with her.

Check your price if you are on this cruise... we did and just saved $1,159.00!!! this is our first Disney Cruise and we are so excited that we actually got a price drop. we have cruised CCL, RCI, and Celebrity, and we are looking forward to trying Disney.
For you seasoned Disney cruisers, can you offer any advice that would be helpful for our first Disney cruise? This will be our 16th cruise overall, but never on Disney. looking forward to meeting everyone.

You are definitley cruise veterans!! Best advice is to cruise the Dis Boards Cruise Line forum, read up on the things that interest you and ask those burning questions!!!
We have looked at RCL, especially those new monster ships, we have to think that we would find something that would interest us at some point on those!!

Ya we were able to save $1400 on our reservation. Ended up upgrading to a 4D for the extra space and still saved over $1000. How awesome is that!!!!

Everyone seems surprised that a cruise over spring brake would drop so dramatically. TA says she had a problem making the change in the system and had to actually call customer service to make the change. Seems like this was an error as Disney promptly pulled the cruise from there site and when it returned it was back up in price.

Today was a good day!!!!

Hi Laura, Welcome to the boards.

As far as how often FE items are exchanged, that's really up to you. In general you would give 1 gift per stateroom or 1 gift per person for the entire cruise. But there is nothing wrong with giving more small gifts and spreading them out.

We're just back (today) from an Eastern cruise on the Fantasy and booked this cruise while onboard. I think we were able to take advantage of the pricing error while onboard and paid about $2000 less than we had anticipated paying! We booked on 6/19 but we got the quote on 6/18. DH and I are still talking about our amazing spring break deal. It will be Abby (me), Darren (DH), Brandon (10 at cruise) and Alissa (6 at cruise). We had an amazing time on the Fantasy this past week and can't wait to go back. Our family had been mostly NCL cruisers for 10+ years but our first DCL cruise on the Magic in 2012 had us hooked on DCL. I'll be joining the FB group shortly. We had a very active FB group for our last cruise and it made it a lot of fun seeing people we knew around the ship. We even did a large group excursion together in St. Maarten.

Wasn't the Glitch a wonderful thing? Who really knows if it was a glitch but it makes for a better story that's for sure!!!!

We have joined this cruise! This will be our 2nd Fantasy Western but I was able to book it last week for such a great deal and it is during spring break for my kids so I just couldnt pass it up. It will be myself Stacey, my DH James, Max DS (12) turning 13 on the cruise Madeline DD (11) and Mia DD (8). We will be joining the FE group and facebook page - anything else I should know about this group? Do we have any meet/greets set up?
