With any refundable booking, I recommend booking immediately, and then keep checking back to see if the price goes down.

Exactly what dmunsil said, we booked right away, and then kept checking back to see if there were better deals, about 3 weeks out, there was a MUCH better deal, so we cancelled the old reservation and booked with the new deal. (OK, we did it in the reverse order to make sure we got a room)

Does anyone know how far out bookings go? I tried looking for April 19, 2016 and it says no availability, do you think that's true that it's sold out or just that it isn't able to be booked so far out?
