Lets go to Disney #AGAIN! {and other annoying #Hashtags} A September 2016 Pre Trip Report

I have orange and blue. And I bought a Belle one for myself. I'm contemplating another one but I really don't need it!!

Also, #Jealous. We're going at the same time as you but because of our Swan stay, my MB haven't come yet...

And that means that I won't be getting a luggage tag either. I don't think. Since we are renting points. But we do get to stay at AKL so....#worthit. (This is my favorite hashtag and I use it all the time at home for stupid random stuff. My sister likes to do the same thing with #blessed.)

Omgosh... so I literally have never stayed at the Swan or Dolphin OR even a DELUXE WDW resort , and I am also very #Jealous ! I have always wanted to stay at the AKL!! You're going to have an amazing time! You're very #Blessed haha! #StolenHashtag

HI!!!! Thank you for joining me along on all of my pre trip reporting!

I literally read, and then re-read your comment about the 'pranking' incident at WDW. I'm shocked! Who and why in the world would someone do that?!?! I'm just so shocked and I'm seriously hoping that it was a CHILD who was doing this, because I can't imagine an adult being so disrespectful. However, I am really glad that Disney tried to make it up to you in the form of a good meal at Chefs De France. #WayToGoDisney!

Thats so awesome that your family also goes to Madeira Beach / Treasure Island. It is SO SO SO SO gorgeous there and I wish that I could go back about every 5 minutes or so. The Condo Complex that we stayed at was called Madeira Norte and is directly across the street from Johns Pass #PERFECTION!!!

Unfortunately, the prankster was about 20-22. My brother was about 16 and was completely mortified about the incident and was even more mortified that it was going to be on the internet/YouTube. Disney did a really awesome job. All of these plain clothes security guards came out of nowhere to intervene, we thought they were fellow guests until they showed their badges. The prankster was escorted out of the park. Disney was not happy with him. Lol.

Nope, we haven't stayed at Madeira Norte...yet! We'll have to add it to our list though, right across from St. John's Pass? SCORE!!!

This literally made my entire day! I also like how the new luggage tags match the magic bands. The sad thing is that I literally already have 3 Pink magic bands, and this will be my 4th. I always say I will switch to another color, but I never do. #ItsTradition

My question for ALL OF YOU.... if there are any of you still reading (LOL) is : Do you change up the color of your magic bands each time that you visit? Or do you normally stick with the same color each time?

Ahhhh, there's nothing better than receiving that box with that beautiful sight. I try to change up the color of my magic band, depending on the season we're going or where we're staying. Ahem, yes I sometimes color coordinate my band to my resort...#don'tjudgeme.

I've had pink a few times, last time I had red because we were going during Christmas time, and for our upcoming trip, I'm getting purple. It's my favorite color, and the purple will go well with the Halloween theming and fall, etc.

Those luggage tags are so stinking cute! I wish we were flying just so we could have one. LOL.

Good Morning and HAPPY SEPTEMBER 1ST!!!!

I have been MIA on the Disboards for a short bit, because my life has been insanely hectic with work and kids and life and obviously laying by the pool every weekend. #PoolLifeIsTheBestLife

We have only 2 days to go until we leave for the Caribbean Beach Resort and it seems so crazy around here. I have already packed up most of our stuff, and have a to-do list of things that we need to do on Thursday and Friday after work before we fly out on Saturday:
1. Get dog groomed
2. Mow the lawn
3. Go grocery shopping for last minute things and also to get items for pet sitter
4. Pack Carryon Bags
5. There are a few other minor things, but I won't bore you here with the details

We are ready to go pretty much, HOWEVER there is a BIG DARK CLOUD #Literally that is on the horizon right now that is giving me HUGE anxiety about our flight Saturday morning. You see, there is this tiny hurricane coming our way, which I'm sure you've heard on the news this morning. Her name is HERMINE and it should reach Virginia on Saturday. #GoAwayHermine! We also have a connecting flight in Charlotte NC before we fly to Orlando. SOOOOooooooo basically I'm a tad bit panic stricken at the moment to see if we will make all of our flights or not on Saturday morning. It could make for a very annoying day. #Psssh I am praying that the storm turns the other way and slows way down so that we don't get anything other than normal rain. #Hopeful

Today is my last day at the office before I fly out to WDW tomorrow morning!! #SomebodyPinchMe

We stayed up until 11pm last night packing, and making lists, and just basically typing up loose ends. I swear that I could probably take 1/2 of the stuff in my suitcases OUT of my suitcases because we have waaaay overpacked. #WhyDoWeDoThisEveryTime

I always get sad when we go away on vacation, because even though we have an amazing Pet Service for our 2 dogs and 2 cats its always so sad to leave them. I fear that they are confused and think that we aren't coming back for them. They are all 4 rescues, and I worry that they will feel like they are abandoned. #PoorFluffyFamily

Funny story: so I got a new luggage set this summer, and last night I looked at my carry on size wheel bag and realized that it is much larger than my husband and sons bag. I got out the tape measure and it is 1" too large according to American Airlines guidelines posted on the website. So today my husband is taking my new bag to the airport to have them measure it and ask if I can take it. I may have to repack my stupid bag. #ToBeContinued...

I have to get thru today's work day, and then when I wake up super early tomorrow morning we will be on our way to Walt Disney World! Thank you to everyone who has read my pre trip report... Anyone still out there??

Whaaa...re-pack?? NOOOO!!

Though maybe then you'll ditch your extra stuff. I'm trying really hard to just bring what I need plus a couple more things. It's difficult. I bought a bag weigher thing at Target and it has been the BEST thing ever. I always stressed about my bag being too heavy or finding out I didn't leave myself enough weight to bring stuff back. Now I don't have to worry anymore!

I can't wait to read all of our trip reports - something to look forward to to get us through the Disney blues!
