Laundry question - Barcelona

Going on an Aug. Med sailing out of Barcelona. We are flying into Barcelona a week before the cruise and hope to rent a car and drive around Barcelona and area. I am concerned about laundry facilities. I really don't want to embark on the cruise with dirty clothes and would love to do laundry somewhere in Barcelona so that we have fresh clothes. Travelling with 2 kids. Any ideas where I can get laundry done without spending too much money? Has anyone experienced doing a couple loads of laundry in Barcelona? I know Embasssy Suites in America has great laundry facilities. Any hotels similar to that? Thanks so much!
