I did not say I did not pay. I said he didn't eat a meal. I most certainly did pay. Probably $50 for him to eat grapes and cheese LOL. And that is why I said the waitress was bothered we didn't order a meal for him, because she knew we were paying a ridiculous amount for him to eat nothing. But as I said we wanted my daughter to have the experience, and it was important to her that her whole family be there, so we sucked it up to make it special for our daughter.
Pizza was definitely not on the actual dinner menu on the date we ate there, and it was not mentioned to us by the waitress as an alternative when we indicated that he wouldn't be able to eat anything off the actual menu. I'm not upset, more surprised that there was an alternative.
We were staying offsite, and even if I make arrangements ahead of time, there is no guarantee they could find something he would eat as his diet is very limited.
