DH and I walked 3.1 miles this morning in honor of our 31st anniversary. :hug:
 
Had a long weekend at the Jersey shore with 32 of my family members - good times.

Fri 7/19 - REST/Travel Day
Sat 7/20 - 10 min PT on the beach! :)
Sun 7/21 - 60 min run/walk on the boardwalk with my sister :cutie:
Mon 7/22 - nada/Travel Day
Tue 7/23 - 85 min run/walk with my DH :yay:

TOTAL 990 / 1200
 
Injured my leg early last week so haven't been able to do much.

Easing back in with 2 20 minute walks and 1 30 minutes walk.

It's a concentrate that you can either add to water or take like the DH does, straight out of the bottle. I believe it comes in either plain or mango flavored.

Been a while since I updated - fortunately, My Fitness Pal had all the times.... lots of lake walks and zumba.

Problem was I was out a week on vacation - we walked everywhere all day but I'm just giving myself 60 minutes a day for that week.
 


Today I did Bridge to 10k and a little more for a total of 100 minutes and 8.45 miles. I'm aiming to actually hit my goal this month since I missed it the last two ;)

45 minute run. I think I'm on the verge of an injury, my right heel and behind my right knee are being tweaky. I may substitute swims and bike rides for my runs this weekend...

:( I feel your pain. Im having some foot pain myself - not post-workout soreness, more like "could turn into a minor injury" so better take a rest day and aim for tomorrow" type of pain. I was on a three runs per week streak and now I'm going to blow it! Maybe ill ice and elevate for a bit and see how it feels later.
