For those who need meds for sea sickness, which is your preference?
Band? Pill? Natural? Patch?

I have a real problem with seasickness and motion sickness in generall and have tried many things. I've found the 24 hour chewable Bonine tablets work the best for me.
Does it ever make you sleepy?
No it has not affected me like that, which is one of the reasons I like it so much. Drammamine just knocks me out.

And please forgive my typo in the title. How embarassing.
I've looked and looked at your title, where is the typo?
My family swears by ginger capsules from the health food store. They really work and have NO side effects. They also help with digestion which is good on a cruise!
I saw an episode of Mythbusters and they determined ginger was the best as well.
Enjoy your cruise!
