Brandi, I thought the company let your husband go last year? Is his new job within the same company?

The group he was working with did let him go, and he got a job within the company but another group, he is actually only 15 minutes from our house, where he was 1.5 hours away.

AKL IPO and I have worked out the Jiko dinner!

They have also worked out a wheelchair/scooter accessible van taxi to take us from AKL to Beach Club for our transfer. Bob won't need to be concerned about the bus at all. Love those folks. You ask, and they do their darnedest to make certain it happens.

Just wondering if you and Laura tried any of the Flower and Garden Festival food stands? Since the weather forecast for WDW next week calls for a very low percentage of rain, Jack and I thought we would take a day trip to Epcot.

We did. I would have liked to have had a few more days to try more. What we had was delicious and what we didn't have sounded just as good!

Smoked Beef Brisket with Collard Greens and Jalapeno Cornbread (Red Ale - Orlando Brewing Company)

Baked Goat's Brie with Kumquat Chutney

Potato, Chive and Cheddar Cheese Biscuit with Smoked Salmon Tartare and Sour Cream

Heirloom Tomatoes with Housemade Mozzarella and Vinegar and Basil

We also had a fine dinner at Be Our Guest and another great meal at Flying Fish. We managed two breakfast stops at the new Boulangerie as well as numerous La Cava breaks for Margaritas and munchies. And then there was Rose & Crown Pub.

We were busy!

Thanks Elin! The food looks good.

My DH's friends might join us. If they do, we'll be eating counter service food (their choice). Jack and I will probably enjoy the food at the stands, which they will consider too ucky and too expensive for what you get. I keep telling myself that it is only for a day.

Hi! I'm checking in from the Delta Sky Club at MCO! On my first Bloody Mary!

Weather was whacky, but now I'm going home to a weekend of rain!! (maybe it's me?!! )

All-in-all it was a wonderful trip and I am bringing home some wonderful memories! Elin and I did pack lots into that first 3 days! I also got to spend a little time with Flossbolna!

Already have our flights for the August WDW trip; now just need to get F&WF flights in early November. Come on sales!

I hope to be coming back again the first week of December. Booked a BB (at CSR Business Class) and several days at SSR w/points. Not much available at 7 months for that first week (DVC studios) - I couldn't even get OKW!

I am ready to get home and get things caught up! I feel like there's so much I need to be doing (probably is!).
