GOOD Coffee!

Does anyone else agree that Disney is missing a HUGE opportunity? Coffee, we need a place to get great coffee drinks, frappe's, latte's, etc. I'm willing to pay...just put a location at my resort! I'm going to be forced to pack my french press & my own coffee, but it just isn't what I want to enjoy on my vacation. PLEASE Disney, you are missing a great opportunity to make even more money from me!

We take VIA with us. It isnt perfect, but it is better than NESTLE. Eeewww.

I totally agree with you! I'd love to spend my money on some good coffee. Just a little tip, over by Ellen at Epcot, there is a kiosk with pretty good coffee.

Location might not work for you but CR had a coffee bar when we were there last, Contemporary Grounds.

Its funny...DH is a total coffee nazi andis super picky about the coffee he drinks....he has a select few favorites that taste good to him and he goes out of his way to get them...but he loooves the coffee at WDW. Actually just yesterday while drinking coffee he said "mmmm I can't wait to go to WDW and have their coffee!!" The Kona at Poly is our fav though.

YES!!!! Why no starbucks in DTD?!?!? DL has La brea and a starbucks close by. Plus GC has great espresso. We are bringing a french press with us and coffee to make our own in the hotel room. (We are a little obsessed with good coffee.)

I'm pretty sure it's regular coffee too since I usually get an ice coffee, so they must have hot regular too. I find that the kiosk's have pretty good regular coffee and you can find those in various places. They usually have at least 1 per park, if not more. There's a tea one over by EE at AK and they might have coffee too. I'm an ice coffee drinker so I go for that. There's another at the exit at TOT at HS. Good Luck!

The Kona coffe at the Polynesian is very, very good! It's pricey though.

The coffee at the Wilderness Lodge tastes like bad mud.

NEW WDW ROOM COFFEE:

1) Resorts are converting to Cuisinart dual-cup coffee makers.
. . . uses standard coffee pod
. . . brews one cup at-a-time or two cups side-by-side simultaneously
. . . brews 8-oz cup of coffee in less than 3 minutes
. . . illuminated power button
. . . separate water reservoir for each side
. . . one side can make coffee while other side does tea or plain water
. . . unit shuts off when water reservoir is empty
. . . uses any standard size cup or mug
2) These are used with Cuisinart "pod" coffee filters.
3) Each Cuisinart filter makes one cup of brew.
. . . decaffeinated and decaffeinated pods provided in each room
. . . teas bags included in each room
4) The coffee is 100% Arabic.
5) All-in-all, pretty good - in our opinion.
6) Pods:
. . . there are other pods that are available on the open market
. . . only one pod can be inserted at a time into the tray

I agree, I do love Kona coffee! YUMMY! Our resort has switched to the cuisinart coffee makes so I will be anxious to see how it tastes!

Whenever I find "Kona" coffee at the grocery store or Target, etc I always buy it somehow hoping that it'll bring me back to the Poly. Somehow I have yet to realize what a waste of money that is haha...maybe every time I have the urge to try a new Kona coffee here, I'll put that money in a jar and in no time I'm sure I'll be able to use it to book a trip to the Poly for the real thing!
