    Well done Alicia! Lite n easy does sound good - I've thought about getting their dinners to take to work when needed.
    Keep up the good work - it's a slow, long process, but you'll do well, I'm sure!

    Tonight we had ham and salad rolls for dinner. It was way too hot to bother with cooked, hot food!

    I never make New Years resolutions ( wouldn't keep them - too much pressure). However I would generally like to be more active and organised with my physical activity this year :) . Would like to lose maybe 3-5 kgs too, but I don't think that will happen as I don't diet and like "naughty' food too much.

    Well I have lost 13kg since the end of August with 12WBT. I have about 12 to go, so am just over my half way mark. So that is my New Years goal, to lose the last 12kgs and get to my goal this year! ::yes::

    I can't believe I've put on another 2 kilos! I've really got to try harder to LOSE weight :confused3

    i have put on 3 kgs in 3 weeks.....so back to the gym I go tomorrow...for sure...honest....maybe:rotfl:

    I start 1200 cal lite n easy 7 day recurring program tomorrow + daily 30 min exercise on my bike... i have to get to goal this year... I have to!!

    Today I am going to set up on line shopping for delivery after doing some healthy menu planning. Sounds like a plan.

    I'd like to buy a treadmill, I'm sure the neighbours think I'm weird walking around our fence line! And I wouldn't have to go out in the heat or rain, too :)

    A treadmill was the second best purchase I made in my quest for weightloss. My first would be the TV that I watch while walking on the treadmill. Without it I would never walk!
