Yes we had damage to our uppababy two times. After the first time we bought the travel bag for it. Supposedly, if there was any damage while it was in bag it would be fixed for free. We unfortunately found out after it still got damaged in bag, that we didnt buy it from an "approved retailer" and the damage still was not going to be covered. I went back and forth with uppababy customer service and eventually they fixed it for cost.
