I was just thinking. We recently booked a trip for a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) in September, during the free DDP promotion. We got 3 sets of tickets, which include 3 DDPs.
What if I told them there was going to be 2 children in the room? I pay for another ticket and get another set of DDP credits for the non existent 4th person. Now when the 3 of us go to eat, can I take the 4th person's ticket and use their credits? It would almost become a deluxe plan this way.
Since I would never use the 4th person's ticket to enter a park, the 14 day expiration window would never start, so I could just use the park tickets next trip. Worst case, I could take the non-expiring option.
The room wouldn't cost any more, 3 or 4 people are the same price.
I don't like being devious, this is just theoretical, right?
