I completed a 5k on Saturday. It was not pretty but I'm glad I did it. I'm so sore today but drinking lots of water and taking ibuprofen.
I know the challenge is over but I'm going to update my tally for February - I was out of town and had my daughter's 4th birthday party so I haven't been able to update!
Also as a side note, since I've started my eating plan and working out I've lost 6 inches and 10 lbs. It will be slow going but that is encouraging!
