This morning I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the cross trainer.
I took a two mile, 30 minute walk.

Today was supposed to be a rest day, but instead I decided to do a little pilates and stretch my body
I went with DH to the gym today afer work. Did 20 min recumbant, then topped off the hour with the circuit training machines and 8 laps of various strokes in the pool. I am ready for beddy. I haven't adjustd to our time change.
I went for a 1.7 mile walk.
I did two workouts today, running in the morning (4.1 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work.
3 days in a row for me, it has been along time since I've exercised, but I walked a mile and a half at lunch time. I can tell i have gotten out of shape, my legs started to ache about 1/2 through but I kept on going
