Hi - I want to jump in although, I don't have a plan for the week.
Today was a snow day for us so I had time to bake bread - we had: turkey marinaded in olive oil, lime & lemon juice and garlic, pearl cous-cous - cantelope - left over tossed salad and my first attempt at making challah bread. (which ended up being crusty on the outside and doughy in the middle because I forgot to turn down the oven temp when I put it in)
tomorrow: ravioli, sauce, italian sausage and garlic bread
thursday: not sure
Friday is my birthday and the one thing I asked for is to not have to plan dinner. Meal planning is not my strength.
My goal is to save money by menu planning and avoiding the grocery store every day. When the clerk says to you, "hey, you're in here every day!", it may be time to cut back on your visits.
