Usually, I love to watch episodes of sitcoms that take place at Disney. Usually, the shows I watch are 90's sitcoms that originally aired on ABC (Full House, Family Matters, Step By Step, etc.). I love trying to figure out the exact place where they are standing, pretend I'm at Disney World, too, and just enjoying seeing the most magical place on earth. That said, I get a bit annoyed/irritated when they do things on these shows that are just not possible. I'm not just referred to Stefan's proposal to Laura using Cinderella, a glass slipper, and the carriage outside the castle or Flash beating some weird record of doing all the rides, eating at all of the eateries, and buying something at all of the shops in a certain amount of time. I'm talking about where they are visiting random places at various parks all in one day.
For example, I was watching Family Matters earlier today and they were at WDW for a science competition for Steve. One minute, they are riding Splash Mountain. Then they are eating at Sci Fi. Then they were checking out Tomorrowland. Then they were grabbing ice cream at Gertie's. Then they were taking the Friendship boat past Beach Club Resort. Now I get park hoppers, but that's just ridiculous! No one's going to be hopping from Magic Kingdom to DHS back to MK and back to DHS.
Anyone else find themselves a bit amused at these shows' trips to Disney World?
