Genie+ Discount Available for UK Exclusive “Magic Ticket”

The “Magic Ticket” allows guests to purchase a 14-day ticket for the price of just 7 days. In addition, Disney is allowing guests to purchase Disney Genie+ as part of their ticket package at a deep discount of just £6.99 per day – a savings of more than $5 per day off of the $15 price tag that regular guests pay. This is the first discount that has been offered for Disney Genie+, but it likely won’t be the last.

It would be nice if they did this for AP holders as well...

This is interesting. From everything I've read and seen, most people are saying you really don't need Genie + at EP and AK and the only reason to buy it is if you're park hopping to MK or HS. But if Disney starts offering discounts for buying it every day vs just a few days of your trip, more people will buy it. The more people that buy it, the longer the standby lines will be which will make even more people buy it.

It was a rare addition to a “lite” event in 2020, but the Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt will be returning to the 2021 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.

Set off on a merry quest, hunting for holiday traditions that Olaf has gathered—and lost—along the way! Simply purchase your map and stickers from select Festival merchandise locations—including Creations Shop, Port of Entry and World Traveler at International Gateway.

Two-time Grammy Award-winning jazz musician Gregory Porter performs the original song “Love Runs Deeper,” released as a charity single in support of Make-A-Wish® International.

If you have a 2021 booking you can't add it. A bit annoyed it's tied to your ticket length as well, having a 7 for 14 day ticket. Still can't get recommendations in mde for some of my days yet either.

Expedition Everest 5K, Tower of Terror 10-Miler Return in 2022 runDisney “Springtime Surprise”

When March 31-April 3, 2022 rolls around, runners will embark on a nostalgic four-day race weekend that will have them reliving wonderful past runDisney memories while creating new ones during the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration.


The inaugural Springtime Surprise Weekend will feature:

• Expedition Everest 5K (April 1, 2022) – The race will once again feature a nighttime 5K combined with a scavenger hunt, but this time the hunt will be conducted during the 5K.
• Race for the Taste 10K (April 2, 2022) – The event will mirror the 10K from the past, but now the race will celebrate the newest attraction at Walt Disney World Resort, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure at EPCOT.
• The Tower of Terror 10-Miler (April 3, 2022) – The race will still be a 10-miler, but will be run in the morning instead of at night.

Registration for the Springtime Surprise Weekend begins Dec. 9th at rundisney.com.

Introducing … the Incredi-Games! Inspired by the dynamic characters of Pixar’s “The Incredibles,” this highly interactive, imaginatively produced game show will dare families to take on an incredible obstacle course with over-the-top physical challenges themed to the powers of the Parr family heroes and their good friend Frozone – no capes required!

• Heroes will first test their strength by busting through a “brick” wall during Mr. Incredible’s Power Punch.
• Jack-Jack’s Whack-A Rac will pit players against Rocky and his raccoon friends, who you might remember from “The Incredibles 2.”
• Only the most flexible families will conquer the twists and turns of Elastigirl’s Stretch-O-Rama.
• Family speedsters will be the front-runners of Dash’s Mad Dash Mayhem.
