Disney Gift Card Deals

Ok thanks. That freaked me out. I never saw that before and I thought it meant they were no longer selling them on line.

Both of the ones I went to did not even have the coupon. Glad to hear it. I will keep checking them out. With 5% cash back at grocery stores that is hard to pass up.

Well, I will tell you, even if they have the coupon, it's hit or miss. I just sent DH to the store at Four Points and 620 and the manager wouldn't do it. Evidently he "consulted with bookkeeping" and they said that the Disney cards don't count as "theme park cards."

LOL, Disney gc not a theme park card? :rotfl2:

I just left 1431 and Parmer. Manager had to push it through, but had no problem doing so. Coupon is good through 4/26.

I want to purchase a Target gift card at Kroger for the 4xpoints. Since Target online is out of Disney GCs, does it work the same in the store?
If I purchase the DisGC and one other item, use a Target GC and pay the balance with the RedCard, will I get a full 5% off the total balance.
(example: $25DGC + $1.50candy = $26.50, then $26.50 - $25TargetGC = $1.50, then pay balance with Redcard $1.50 - $1.32(5%discount) = new balance $0.18.....of course tax would have been added for candy).
And if this works in the store, could I potentially end up with a balance on my TargetGC if the 5% discount is greater than the balance?
(example: $100DGC + 1.50candy = $101.50, then $101.50 - $100GC = $1.50, then pay balance with Redcard $1.50 - $5.08(5%discount) = $3.58 left on TargetGC)
Thanks

No. In store you only get 5% off what you pay for with your redcard.

Its 5% of remaining balance unfortunately. Not the total.

I was wrong, he was at the Parmer/McNeil location. So don't go there. I'll try Parmer and 1431 and I'll have DH try Four Points (near his work, which is why I thought he was there) on Monday. We'll be in Georgetown tomorrow because my daughter's gymnastics team is performing at the Red Poppy Festival so I might try to see if I can try one up there and report back.

Shop at Home is 3% back for Ebay today, plus a bonus $5 cashback if you spend $150 or more.
Thank you for the heads up! I've never used Shop at Home so I signed up. I got a $10 sign-up bonus, plus I should also get the $5 bonus for spending over $150 in addition to my 3% back. I should hit the $20 minimum to cash out just from that - love quick, easy money!

So I went to 3 HEBs tonight and got the deal at all three. Needed override for all three transactions - just pointed out that the first thing on the back of the Disney card is for theme park tickets. It worked at 183 & Braker, 183 & Spicewood Springs, and 1825 & 685. I purchased 2 cards for $25 each at the first location and got a $20 HEB card. I used 5 coupons at the second location -10 cards at $25 each (spent $250 on Disney gift cards and received $100 in HEB gift cards). At the third location, they didn't know what they were doing and gave me $100 off my purchase instead of the HEB gift cards so I spent $150 on $250 in Disney gift cards. Plus 5% on my cc. Going to try to hit up a few places again tomorrow. The one store mentioned there was a limit to the number of gift cards someone could purchase in one transaction but they did not know what it limit was. Also, not all stores had the coupon so I grabbed extras from other stores. Thank goodness I can combine all the $25 Disney gift cards!

What level does your daughter compete? I judge gymnastics in Texas (up to level 10) so we have probably been at the same place many times! Small world!

Between now and then, lol, I just have to stalk target to get the rest of my Disney cards for our trip in a couple weeks! Guess I should have started ordering earlier! I'll wait till next week sometime then just have to go in store and skip the 5%. They've been coming within 3-4 days of ordering which is nice.
We're leaving May 18th for Disney too. I have $450 in Target that should arrive early next week that I have to turn into Disney cards. I hope Target restocks online (or at least in store!) We only have two Targets around here so I'm hoping I can find them.[/QUOTE]
They have lots in stock, today at least, in my store, but hoping they come back online this weekend or early in the week so I could get a few more mailed, lol! But we leave two weeks from this Saturday morning! Eeee!!

It does not state out of stock. It states shipping not available. Visit store to purchase.
I see "out of stock online."
Interesting. Funny how it says something different on our various target .com pages. Mine says "not sold in stores, shipping not available, free order pickup not available, in stock at (your town), visit store to purchase". Wonder why it's different for some of us as to what it says exactly, seems odd, lol. Oh, just wish they'd hurry back in stock!
