Thank you Thank you Thank you! We read about the boathouse in Attractions Magazine and I rushed to make a ressie for six for our arrival day in December. We have the DEluxe plan as well and I have asked several times on forums etc what was included in Deluxe plan. Was hard to tell the way the menu was set out what fell into apps catagory. Your photos are so clear and perfect lol. Your review has made my decision for this as the start of our trip the right one. Now to wait for DH to come home to show him the photos.

WOW! Nice pics! I don't like seafood, but these pics made me want to go!
Thank you!

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I'm so glad the pics are helpful. We invested in a new camera last May and just love it. Stay tuned for a few more meals.

You are very welcome and made a great choice booking the Boathouse. This was a fantastic meal for our group. I agree, the menu is confusing. I've photographed ours here in 4 parts to hopefully assist with what we were and weren't allowed to order on the meal plan. Enjoy your trip!

Part I - Raw Bar / Field day salads / Launch : are all in the appetizer category.

Excluded Items on the Meal Plan:
1)anything sold as an add-on or single item such as the oysters and Baja shrimp.
2)large salads. (small are included)
3)The "add-to any salad items" would be cash out of pocket.
4)all dock side buckets with fresh cut fries

Everything else counted as an appetizer on the plan.

Part II - Fish Features and Sandwiches - everything counts toward an entrée on the Meal Plan. (including the lobster bake for 2)

Part III
1) Sea and Shore
- everything counts as an entrée on the ddp.
2) Sides to Share - none included. All cash out of pocket.
3) Steaks, Chops and Provisions - everything is included except the $29 lobster add-on which is cash out of pocket.

Part IV - Chef's Specials:

Excluded from ddp:
1) boathouse surf and turf table for 2
2) fresh florida large stone crab claws
3) local florida Anastasia gold caviar

Everything else was included.

Thanks for the boathouse food pictures. Everything looks amazing

You're welcome. Hope you manage to drop by on your trip.

This all looks delicious, but holy shmoly...the prices! It's a little pricey for OOP!

Pricey yes! We were glad they accept the meal plan. But there are many less expensive salads, sandwiches and entrees that are more in line with the other restaurants at Disney Springs. They do give DVC and AP discounts.

WOW! Nice pics! I don't like seafood, but these pics made me want to go!
Thank you!
You're very welcome. While we concentrated on seafood, if you look at the menu, you'll see a good variety of food and something for everyone if you just want to sit and enjoy the view.

Oh My Word! That boathouse food looks AMAZING! Is it just one credit on the dining plan or two?!?

Yes, as Meriweather stated, it's classified as a Signature restaurant and requires 2 dining credits. Well worth it IMO.
