Cheese booth: (left) beecher's flagship reserve cheddar, (middle) rouge river creamery echo mountains blue cheese, (right) la bonne vie goat brie.

Italy: salsiccia e papacelli napoletani aka sweet italian sausage w/peppers & onions.

Belgium: Belgian waffles w berry compote & whipped cream

Desserts & champagne booth: dessert trio of (back) yogurt panna cotta w orange cake, raspberries & pomegranate. (left) Lemon custard verrine w blueberry compote, (right) dark chocolate mousse w chili & salted caramel.

Norway: Carlsberg beer

South Africa: (left) seared beef filet w smashed sweet potatoes & braai sauce. (right) spinach & paneer cheese pocket

Mexico: crispy shrimp taco w chipotle-lime mayo & cabbage served on a flour tortilla w a squeeze of fresh lime.

Hawaii: seven tiki mai tai. Kalua pork slider w sweet & sour some pineapple chutney & spicy mayo. Tuna poke w seaweed salad & lotus root chip.

what we didn't get photos of were several avacado margaritas, a tequila flight, and a few dragonberry coladas...but there's always next week when we go for 4 days instead of one

Vegan chili colorado from the Terra booth at the Food & Wine Festival - the best thing I ate! (Doesn't look appetizing but it was delicious.)
Does anyone have the recipe? I found out it was in the cookbook after I left and didn't get a chance to buy it!

Cheesy lobster orecchiette pasta with basil oil from Coral Reef - this was delicious!

Pan seared chicken with spatzel from Coral Reef - this was my fiance's worst meal of the trip. Luckily we were given a great table almost next to the tank, so I think it made up for it a little bit.

Chocolate wave with raspberry gelato - delicious!

Vegan gardein orange chick'n with stir fried noodles from Sunshine Seasons in Epcot - the chick'n was delicious, but I wish I had asked for the sauce on the side as it wasn't very good and drowned everything on my plate.

Okay, this was, hands down, the best meal of my trip - shrimp and grits from House of Blues in DTD. This was crispy, spicy, creamy, flavorful...absolutely amazing!

Jambalaya from House of Blues...my fiance's second favorite meal of the trip!

Bacon wrapped meatloaf from Wolfgang Puck Express

4 cheese pesto pizza from Wolfgang Puck Express

Creme Brulee from Wolfgang Puck Express

Peanut butter brownie sandwich from Earl of Sandwich...wow this was incredible!

My favorite soda from Club Cool - the watermelon one from China - I wish I could buy this at home!

Popcorn in a cutie Halloween container - I had never had Disney popcorn until this trip, and let's just say I'm officially obsessed and all other popcorn has been ruined for me.

Here was my fiance's favorite meal of the trip - The Wave. The entire trip he kept asking, "Can we go to The Wave for dinner? Can we? Can we?"

He had the Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Goji Berry-Red Wine Reduction, Three-Potato Hash, and Locally-sourced Butternut Squash Risotto. He said this was the best meal he has ever had in his entire life.

I had the Whole Grain Penne Pasta with Florida White Shrimp, Cedar Key Clams, Calico Scallops, and Roasted Garlic-Tomato Sauce. This was also incredibly delicious - spicy and garlicky!
