Here's some photos of the delicious (& a few not so...) noms from my trip to WDW at the end of September!

Tuna melt from Earl of Sandwich
    [IMG]

Frozen strawberry fanta/lemonade slush from Epcot
    [IMG]

Salmon with broccoli and couscous and an apple dessert at Columbia Harbor House - This was one of my favorite meals of the trip! (Oh and a little shrimpie! So good.)

Mmm...dole whip float...*sigh* how I miss thee (pardon my fiance's hairy arm, haha)

Blackened fish tacos from the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs
    [IMG]

Mom's Sampler platter at 50's prime time
    [IMG]

Spaghetti & vegetarian meatballs from 50's prime time...definitely the most disappointing meal of the trip, unfortunately!

Luckily the brownie sundae made up for my seriously disappointing lunch! Yum!

Vegan chili colorado from the Terra booth at the Food & Wine Festival - the best thing I ate! (Doesn't look appetizing but it was delicious.)
Does anyone have the recipe? I found out it was in the cookbook after I left and didn't get a chance to buy it!

Cheesy lobster orecchiette pasta with basil oil from Coral Reef - this was delicious!

Pan seared chicken with spatzel from Coral Reef - this was my fiance's worst meal of the trip. Luckily we were given a great table almost next to the tank, so I think it made up for it a little bit.

Chocolate wave with raspberry gelato - delicious!

Vegan gardein orange chick'n with stir fried noodles from Sunshine Seasons in Epcot - the chick'n was delicious, but I wish I had asked for the sauce on the side as it wasn't very good and drowned everything on my plate.

Mmm...coconut pineapple cupcake from Sunshine Seasons

Okay, this was, hands down, the best meal of my trip - shrimp and grits from House of Blues in DTD. This was crispy, spicy, creamy, flavorful...absolutely amazing!

Okay last batch...I'm hungry now!!! ;)

My favorite soda from Club Cool - the watermelon one from China - I wish I could buy this at home!

Popcorn in a cutie Halloween container - I had never had Disney popcorn until this trip, and let's just say I'm officially obsessed and all other popcorn has been ruined for me.

Here was my fiance's favorite meal of the trip - The Wave. The entire trip he kept asking, "Can we go to The Wave for dinner? Can we? Can we?"

He had the Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Goji Berry-Red Wine Reduction, Three-Potato Hash, and Locally-sourced Butternut Squash Risotto. He said this was the best meal he has ever had in his entire life.

I had the Whole Grain Penne Pasta with Florida White Shrimp, Cedar Key Clams, Calico Scallops, and Roasted Garlic-Tomato Sauce. This was also incredibly delicious - spicy and garlicky!

    Desserts from The Wave:

Our Fall Ice Cream Trio: Pumpkin Pie with Maple Glazed Pecans, Salted Caramel Swirl, Double Chocolate Chip
    [IMG]

American Flavors: Chocolate Ganache-dipped Banana Mousse Cake, Apple-Almond Crumb Cake with Spiced Cream, Mississippi Mud Pie

Mickey Waffle at the Crystal Palace tasted like it was raw in the middle. The one at the Ohana Breakfast was better.
