ddp and candelight processional packages

We have just decided to go wdw early Dec. next yr. I was wondering how the booking candleligt processional dinner pkg with dining plan credits works? Since all the restaurants except Le Cellier are one credit, do you only use one credit from your dining plan? ( except for Le Cellier) Do all pkgs include an app or only if you are using a dxdp credit? Been to wdw many times but this will be the first time during the Christmas season.

It's 2 credits for ALL candlelight packages. Yes they include appetizers (unless you choose Biergarten or Garden Grill which are a buffet and a family style and would include the entire menu) on either dining plan. Nobody yet knows the effect Le Cellier going to 2 credits for dinner will have on the Candlelight DDP allotments for that restaurant.
