But like you know, there isn't anything we can do about it.
Really?

Congrats to the team!6-0 win today for DS's soccer team. I think I will retire now, seeing how I'm undefeated at the Premiership level.
For the most part my phone and laptop don't agree with the boards, lost a lot of posts over the past few months so kinda gave up.Top O the Morning Dads! What's going on around here, or rather what's not going on around here? Do I need to get a Facebook page to keep up with everyone now?
Up early on this lovely Saturday morning so DS and I can drive to a soccer game that is 3.5 hours away. The coach is away today so he asked if I would handle the team for this game. We were hoping that it would include DS as a player but it was not to be. Still proud of my boy supporting his team' he's even making the long drive to Ottawa with them later this week as they compete in a tournament up there. I think still being with the team is great for him, helps him feel like he is still part of it, playing his part to support them and cheer them on.

She is here until the end of August. She goes with her Aunt to New Orleans next week (on her Aunt's dime) and then the "boyfriend" comes down for a visit. I see from the Palo pics, yours are doing well.

Sounds like a nice family day. Regarding the reply to CJ, good luck with that when it is your turn to handle the boysGood morning. It is another beautiful Sunday morning here. We went to Louisvile yesterday to do some school shopping. My mom went with my family shopping, while I stayed home and drank beer with my dad. It was a good day. Went to the wall and played tennis for some exercise last night. Yes, a big concrete wall in the park that has never lost.
There is something you can do. You don't have to let him have that type of access to her while he in your house.
Beautiful Sunday morning all.
Nice and sunny here today, just having some coffee and browsing through the Interweb. Another soccer game this afternoon but this one is a home game and I will rejoin the other side of the field where I am more free to yell at the ref. .
Plus I have my own game to play later tonight and in those games I never yell at the ref. There are plenty of others that do that; tey seem to think we are playing for a shot at the World Cup or something.

I know I can't prevent it. And, I wasn't an angel. But, even before DW and I were married and living together, my parents would not let us spend the night together at their house. I guess that is just old fashioned talk, but I'll at least make them sneak out and put the effort into their sinning.
I thought every youth soccer game, basketball game, and swim meet was one step removed from my child getting a 100% paid athletic scholarship, Olympic appearance, and then joining the pro tour. That's why parents have to yell at the coach and referee, right?
Agree but there is thing called a couch … when they get to that 20 / 21+ age ya just need to expect they are "respectful" when there is just no other option than having them under your roof.I know I can't prevent it. You mean you aren't????
The ref today was a guy that plays on the same master's team that I do. I plan on giving him a hard time tonight when he starts complaining about getting called for pushing after all the pushes he called today.
Was going to grill today but it is raining. Is that going to stop me?
NOOOOO!

Way too early of a start for Monday. Should only be at airport this early to start vacation not a work week.

I was even grilling when a tornado touched down a few miles from the apartment I used to live in. Th city installed storm sirens after that tornado.
CJ, you're still our hero.
Happy Monday everyone. Today marks the 40 day mark before me and the family return to WDW. I'm more excited than the rest of them as usual.
