I just found this thread! I hope to add to it a lot more often!! Wondering where I've been hiding all summer??? We just moved to Kissimmee and are less than 2 miles from the mouse house!!! Our APs have been getting a workout, and so has our TIW card!! Since I won't have major dining reports anymore, this is perfect!! Hello to all :wave;

Good point, I'd forgotten about that
Personally I just don't regard LC as being in the same league as say, Jiko or Yachtsman
I wonder if people will be willing to spend two credits on a lunch at LC when for the same credits they could have dinner at the updated California Grill whilst watching the fireworks?

Yeah, we had lunch at LC and I kept eying the menu thinking that it will need a huge overhaul. I love my mushroom filet, but it's not nearly the same size/value/service as we got at Yachtsman, and if the prices jump to $40+/steak, it's going to price me out.

Alice & Snow attended MNSSHP at Magic Kingdom on Friday night and had this snack...

Chili Cheese Fries - French fries served with melted cheese and chili, plus lettuce added.


Alice didn't say, but I'm thinking these came from Pecos Bill's. Please correct me if I'm wrong, Alice. ​

Yesterday Alice & Snow were at Animal Kingdom, where they had lunch at...

Wok-Fried Green Beans - Battered green beans with sweet Thai chili sauce

Pork Pot Stickers - Pan seared with soy lime dipping sauce.

Alice said, "The pot stickers were quite good and the green beans were addictive! Although I do love a good sweet chili sauce."

Crispy Honey Chicken - Tempura chicken, broccoli, carrots and honey sauce.


Alice said, "We both had the crispy honey chicken. I always order this, but I was disappointed with it this time. Nothing I can even put my finger on, just the overall taste was a bit blah."

Fried Wontons - Skewers of fresh pineapple and cream cheese wontons with vanilla ice cream and honey vanilla drizzle


Alice said, "For dessert we both had the wontons. They were delish as always!! I really enjoy this dessert, although be warned it is RICH."



Sadly this was Alice BlueBonnet's final update of her trip, as yesterday was her last day at Disney World. And yesterday was also Ginamarie's departure day.

You have done an awesome job filling in the blanks for all manner of food, menus, back stories and for my portion keeping track of my 9 dismeets!! Hmmm.... you actually have a clue on #9 since following our Kona breakfast you looked up what I thought was his user name but apparently I didn't hear correctly!!
