1/3 lb. Angus Onion Straw Bacon Cheeseburger topped with cheddar, vine-ripened tomato, sliced pickle, lettuce and house spread, served with French fries


Jill said, "We both had the bacon cheeseburger with onion straws. It came with fries and I got the yogurt parfait for dessert. The burger was fine, although the fries were undercooked. I liked the parfait for dessert, although it didn't taste anything like yogurt. It was more like custard."

Jill said, "Delicious!"

Jill said, "While waiting for the Osborne Lights to start, we got popcorn in this souvenir bucket. DH thinks $12 is too much money, but we'll have the bucket forever! He's just mad because I've been shopping to kill time before the lights and our TSM fastpass at 7:00 tonight!"

Jill said, "We were still kind of full from lunch and snacks, so we grabbed dinner at the Pop food court. I had the Create Your Own Salad, I chose chicken again. The topping choices were slightly different from POR I think. The apple turnover will be breakfast tomorrow."​

We both agreed the cheesecake was disappointing. Not horrible, but we wouldn't get it again."​

Jenna said, "My DH decided to skip CHH and go for his all time favorite...the turkey leg from Frontierland and it did not disappoint!"

Jenna said, "We also won a 20% off merchandise coupon, which I thought was pretty cool!"

Chicken & Lamb Combo Shawarma Platter served with a side of Hummus, Tabouleh and a Tangierine Couscous Salad with fresh Moroccan bread & Baklava for dessert.



Jill said, "It was so much food and everything on the plate was delicious. DD enjoyed her first tastes of hummus, lamb, and couscous. I even ate most of the baklava and I usually hate nuts in desserts. It was so good!"


"DH ate at Yorkshire Fish Shop while we met Alice, so I don't have a pic. He was disappointed that it was only 2 small pieces of fish."




Then from the Italy Wine Shop...

Rosa Regale


Jill said, "Then we hung out in Italy for a while to watch a street performer and the storyteller. So I popped into the wine store for a glass of Rosa Regale. Mmm...I wish I had some right now."



Note from jabead: I just bought a couple of bottles of Rosa Regale for the holidays. They were $15.99 each at Meijers, which I thought was a pretty good price.




Now back to Jill's update and their next stop at China's...

Jill said, "It was yummy, didn't taste much ginger...just mango and rum. It caused a little brain freeze but it was worth it."

Jill said, "I had to try the school bread. I liked it a lot and DD loved the custard! I ate it slowly over the next 2 hours while we got our VISA picture and did a few more attractions."

Nachos - corn tortilla chips with ground beef, nacho cheese, fresh tomatoes, jalapenos, black beans, and sour cream


Jill said, "I love nachos with lots of toppings and these were good. I wouldn't go out of my way to get them again, but it was a decent, healthy dinner."​
