Next Kayleigh sent us an update from their dinner last night at...
She said, "Our last dinner was at The Wave! I had cancelled our BOG reservations a few days earlier and made this ADR on the run the same day.
The menus online are not updated and the picture of the menu did not turn out so I'll do my best to remember!"
"We started with a rye bread with salted butter with crushed red pepper!"
"Chris ordered the Whole Grain Penne Pasta with Florida White Shrimp, Cedar Key Clams, Calico Scallops, and Roasted Garlic-Tomato Broth. He loved this dish and was kind enough to share (trade) a few bites with the rest of us. Delicious, with just the right amount of heat!"
"The rest of us had the Beef Tenderloin with lobster mashed potatoes, wild mushrooms in a veal reduction. The beef was perfectly prepared to order and was so tender we didn't need a knife! Beautiful dish! Very enjoyable meal!"
