Chase Lounge??

Do you have to get the email to go? We have a Disney Visa and then I have another Chase card. I haven't gotten an email yet. I'll have to ask DH if he got one.

I doubt that you need an email. I received and read mine and don't recall it saying so. I would imagine your visa card would be sufficient.

I wonder if they will be using the former lounge for Met Life employees (MetLife used to sponsor Wonders of Life). I was in that lounge several times when the building was still open. They had a couple carousel horses you could use for photos. There was a rest room, and free soda/water was available, then a front of the line hallway to Body Wars. It was great!

I got the email too. We may check it out. I remember when there use to be an passholder lounge. I know that most of the pavilions in future world had VIP lounges. I guess that's what this is and since there is no sponsor, they are going to use it. I've visited a couple of the VIP lounges during tours.

we are planning on going on the 26th so it looks like we will miss it. Maybe we will make a 2nd trip back before we leave and get to check it out

I'm super excited! This is the first special event thing that I've actually been at WDW for and can take advantage of.

It says on the touringplans blog that you just need to show your Disney Visa to get in, so I doubt that you'll need to have received an email (check your spam folder).

You need a Disney Visa card to gain access. I would take the Festival food up there, since there is little seating at F&W.

It sounds kind of similar to what Universal did last year with its AmEx Lounge. Guests who purchased their tickets with an AmEx card received access to this lounge. It wasn't that great.

I got the e-mail today and I have the regular Disney Visa card. We'll check it out in early Nov. when we're there. Even if it's just a place to rest and have a drink, it will be nice.

For those who are wondering which credit card, we have just a plain ole' Chase and got the email, which said to show our Chase Visa Card for entry. It also said to call for more detail (figured I'd call before leaving). But have also been wondering whether it was worth the time.
